Evaluate the effectiveness of the Blended Learning program with data collected throughout the implementation. Once Blended Learning is implemented, monitoring checkpoints and instruments should be established, so districts can received feedback regarding the effectiveness of the program. The University of Central Florida has developed a Blended Learning Toolkit​ with sample student and faculty surveys districts may customize as they begin to think about how to collect feedback on student and teacher satisfaction with the Blended Learning Program.
