As a 27-year veteran of the corporate world, Kamalakar has played a pivotal role in every company he has worked for. Kamalakr is a Mechanical Engineer (remove) and has completed his post-graduation in Business Administration. His career started with Hindustan Machine tools, but his keen interest in the financial industry brought him to Velicham.
Before Velicham, his career took a steep rise when he joined Birla Sunlife Insurance as a founding member. He was also a founding member at Alternate Channels which led the Bancanssurance Business with more than 12 banks in connection. On his next venture at Reliance Life Insurance, he developed a distribution channel and a CDA model to benefit businesses extensively. Mr. Palavalasa has also worked with companies like India First Life Insurance, Manappuram, and Geosansar.
In the last few years, Kamalakar started his consultancy firm, where he has helped major insurance companies build an effective distribution model. Currently, Kamalakar operates as a Director at VelichamFInance and oversees the operation model at the company. His excellent work ethic has rewarded him with the Winner of the 101 Topmost Influential BFSI Leaders in India for 2019 by ET NOW World BFSI Congress.
The strong urge to help the rural areas has taken Krishnakumar to different frontlines to carry out operations single-handedly. Apart from his graduation in M.A. Social Dynamics and a 1-year Diploma in Computer Application, Krishnakumar is also an expert in Child Protection and Child Rights. His expertise helps him drive the community towards betterment with State & Central Government help.
His years of contribution to the rural sector have rewarded him with membership in various prestigious Government Committees related to socio-economic development. Currently, he operates as a Director at Velicham.

Being a pioneer in the finance industry, Nagarajan Muthukrishnan has set the stepping stones for Velicham Finance Private Limited. With diversified knowledge in rural development and management areas, Nagarajan holds an academic track record of 6 academic degrees (M.A., M.S.W., PGDRD, PGDFM, PGDPR, and PGDMM). In his last 30 years of work experience, he has worked on different projects, including rural appraisal, wastewater management, community formation, human resource handling, and micro-finance.
Born in Tamil Nadu, Mr. Muthukrishnan has dedicated his life to the Tamil Nadu community by empowering the rural society and helping the struggling families to achieve a better standard of living. His superior vision and strong leadership quality will continue to successfully carry the Velicham mission.
With 9 years in the microfinance industry, P. Ramkumar has an excellent track record in auditing. He completed his graduation in Commerce from National College, Tiruchirappalli, and holds another certificate in Performance Standards for MFI from Friends of Women's World Banking, Bangalore, in 2004. He began his career in 1997 under Goweri Shankar's guidance (Tiruchirappalli) as an Auditing Assistant. Apart from working as an internal auditor at the League of Education and Development (LEAD), Tiruchirapalli has helped him maintain an excellent track record in the industry.
In 2014, he underwent Micro Finance & Women Empowerment Training at RashtriyaMahilaKosh in Bangalore, which makes him stand out. With his significant experience and skills in risk management and portfolio sizing, he has established several protocols to maintain Velicham Finance Pvt. Ltd.'s flexible operating budget.
R. Madusuthanan is the Regional Head at Velicham and has been associated with Velicham since July 14, 2016. He is responsible for enhancing operating efficiency, internal control and quality at all operating units. He holds a BBA, MCOM degree in Annamalai University Chidambaram, and Prior to joining Velicham, He has worked with Asst Manager at IDFC.

Understanding the crux of the Microfinance Industry, Rahul Nagarajan is the Director of Velicham Finance Private Limited and operates as the guiding head for strategic functionality. In his previous position as Operational Excellence Specialist at Altair Global, USA, he set a benchmark that the industry can look up to. Expertise in Lean & Six Sigma, Scrum, and Process Enhancement has helped him achieve exponential benefits for Velicham. His dual Master's in Management and International Business from The University of Dallas, USA, shows his determination to achieve excellence. Rahul has also conducted various sessions for 250+ students on subjects related to business management.
Above all, his belief in exploring work culture has taken him to more than 13 countries to analyze organizational behavior better. Holding the company's motto high, Rahul extensively works to enhance the rural financing system to benefit struggling families.

Dedicating 11 years as the Head of Planning and Credit at Velicham, S. Ganga Devi acts as the backbone of this organization. With a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli, and post-graduation from Annamalai University, she has extensive experience in MIS management.
Currently, she formulates objective-achieving solutions while managing the sales funnel simultaneously. She is also excellent at dealing with associated channels. As a former branch manager with Sangamam Women's Multipurpose Thrift and Credit Cooperative, Tiruchirapalli, she is a great asset to the team.

From handling investor relations to incorporating inorganic growth opportunities, Vijay also looks after the fundraising process at Velicham. His impeccable knowledge in Systems Administration and technology implementation acts as an added benefit to the team.
Before joining Velicham in 2017, Vijay Krishnan worked at TVSE and STFC Finance. With a bachelor's degree in Cyber Security Management from HIMT college, Chennai, Vijay contributes through his superior system analysis skills.
