FERVOR RECORDS

Fervor Records was founded in 1989 by David Hilker and a few friends. The goal was to unite the local music community while helping the homeless. Initially operating under the non-profit status of Central Arizona Shelter Services, the label put together a multi-genre, multi-artist compilation of Christmas music. "Southwest Holiday" was released on cassette and sold well over 4000 units in 6 weeks. All man hours, products and services were donated with 100% of the proceeds going to the less fortunate.
