Rebecca was born in Southern California, grew up on the Oregon Coast, and has been a Sacramento resident for 13 years. In 2014 she earned her A.S. in Biology: Pre-Nursing and her Emergency Medical Technician certification from Cosumnes River College, and in 2016 she completed her B.S. in Community Health Education at CSU Sacramento. Rebecca is an experienced small business owner and health care professional, and is driven to make a difference in her community.
