Andrew Appleyard is a chartered surveyor who has extensive experience and a proven track record over 30 years in asset and investment management across both the commercial and residential real estate sectors. He has held senior roles at Nuveen and Aviva delivering outperformance to investors. Andrew is responsible for the asset and development management.

Ben Young is a chartered surveyor who began his commercial property career in 1995. After 9 years at British Land, where he was a director in the investment team, he moved to a senior role at Delancey. Ben was recruited by Jamie Ritblat (joint Chairman and CEO of Delancey) to drive acquisitions for the DV4 fund. Ben has led a number of successful transactions, totalling billions of pounds, including the £40m acquisition for British Land of 39 Victoria Street SW1, which was sold for £140m, and the acquisition of Minerva (a £1.1bn publicly listed property company) for Delancey, which also realised exceptional returns. In addition to these high profile London deals Ben has also worked on a number of large retail warehouse portfolio deals, including the acquisition of the Davidson family's 50% share in BL Davidson for £253m, and the subsequent acquisition of retail warehouse specialist, Pillar, for £811m whilst at British Land. Ben founded George Capital in 2014.

Lance is an Investment Manager, experienced in deal sourcing, analysing investments, building financial models, due diligence and fundraising. Lance was previously an Assistant Portfolio Manager at Waverton Investment Management and has Chartered Financial Analyst Level i (CFA) and Investment Management Certificate (IMC) qualifications.

Rod has spent over 30 years in senior roles in public and private companies, including Greycoat plc and Raglan Trust plc. He built up Urbanfirst, a private property company, which he sold successfully in 2006. Rod is a chartered surveyor and works as a consultant on the asset management of GCAP fund assets.

Tim is responsible for corporate and regulatory matters. Tim was formerly an investment banker with Merrill Lynch and Arbuthnot Banking Group, and has considerable experience in the real estate sector. He is an FCA approved executive and is also responsible for GCAP's regulatory and compliance matters.
