With over 30 years' experience in facilities management, senior leadership coaching and management, Andrew is responsible for the overall operations of the business. He was instrumental in establishing the company's central services team, bringing logistics, customer care and the clinical hub teams together to provide a cohesive and streamlined service for partners and customers. Andrew oversees the company's IT infrastructure and software development to optimise performance and improve service delivery. He also supports the special projects team on product launches and proprietary software developments, automating core processes for better outcomes and making operations more efficient and consistent for future scalability.

A radiographer by profession, Carol comes with extensive experience in the delivery of cancer serves within the NHS, private and commercial sectors. She was Registered Manager under the CQC for oncology services at a London private hospital. Carol leads on all aspects of governance, compliance, quality management and improvement. In 2021, led the company to successfully achieving ISO 9001 accreditation and continues to support the business in retaining and striving for additional ISO accreditations. Carol also leads the company's Clinical Excellence Programme.

David oversees the performance of the sales team, sales strategy and activities, product portfolio and partnership relationships across the organisation. Prior to joining Everything Genetic, David worked in a range of sales leadership roles in the pharmaceutical industry where he was responsible for all aspects of the product lifecycle and customer touchpoints to maximise sales performance.

Dr Mackay has been practicing as a Consultant Genetic Oncologist for over 25 years within the NHS and private sector, advising cancer patients and their families on genetic testing. He acts as Everything Genetic's UK & International Medical Director. Dr Mackay is an Honorary Senior Lecturer in the Research Department of Oncology at University College London. He is involved with a number of national cancer charities. Having worked with several commercial genetic testing companies over the last few years, he now serves as Everything Genetic's Medical Director.

Professor Evans has established a national and international reputation in clinical and research aspects of cancer genetics, having developed a nationally regarded clinical service for cancer genetics in the North West.  Professor Evans has established a national and international reputation in clinical and research aspects of cancer genetics, having developed a highly regarded clinical service for cancer genetics in the North West. He is a Consultant at the Central Manchester Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, The Christie NHS Foundation Trust and is a lead clinician on the NICE familial breast cancer guideline group and a Trustee of BCN and the Neuro Foundation. Professor Evans also serves as Chief Investigator on two NIHR program grants (2009-2014, £1.59 million) (2017-2020, £1million) on breast cancer risk prediction and has an NIHR RfPB grant as CI (2011). He has led the successful bid for a Nationally funded NF2 service (£7.5 million pa) that started in 2010 and is involved in the national complex NF1 service. Evans has published 915 peer reviewed research publications and has an ISI web of knowledge H-index of 90, and Google scholar of 123 having only published his first article in 1990.

James is an experienced molecular diagnostics business leader with an exemplary 18-year track record in the genetic testing field. With a vision for delivering a world-class consultancy genetic testing service using the latest with clinical innovations, James is passionate about using genomics to transform how we approach health and healthcare. He was responsible for building Myriad Genetics in the UK and Ireland, launching their BRAcanalysis and Endopredict tests into the market. After spending 12 years in the molecular diagnostics and genetic testing field, James formed Everything Genetic in 2016 to fulfil his vision of providing a consultative-distributor model for industry leading brands. Price remains at the forefront of medical advances in genetic screening with an enviable network of world-leading laboratory brands. He is a member of the advisory board for the novel genetics testing service, Antegenes, and is a Board member of the diagnostic technology start-up, éclateral which is set to transform the next generation of lateral flow tests globally using electrochemical technology. James believes that the key to better cancer prevention and longevity is by understanding the personal cancer risks of individuals and is therefore passionate about making genetic testing accessible and affordable for all. James is the Founder and CEO of Everything Genetic. He brings strategic vision and transformational leadership to expand the business, as well as harnessing the latest scientific advances to provide personalised genetic insights at scale. He studied a Master's in biology at the University of Edinburgh. James has over 17 years' experience in the molecular diagnostics and genetics testing field, including his previous role as UK Country Manager at Myriad Genetics Ltd, where he built their genetic testing business in the UK and Ireland.
