Abbi has worked in property since 2006 and has been at Churchills throughout that time. She thoroughly enjoys every aspect of her role but particularly likes meeting people. Out of work Abbi enjoys going on adventure days with her husband and little boy, as well as catching up with friends and taking city breaks.

Chloe started working at Churchills in 2023. With her passion and interest for interior design, architecture and property she felt as though Estate Agency was the best career path for her.
Outside of work she likes spending time with her friends and family as well as travelling and going out for brunch.
Dan joined Churchills in May 2021 and hasn't looked back since. He enjoys watching football, reading and holidays in the Mediterranean.

Jack has worked at Churchills since 2011️ having previously graduated from York St. John University. It's well known he has a soft spot for period properties. His spare time is taken up by sport, DIY & coffee shops.
Jo joined the team in June 2022 and loves the camaraderie and fast-paced sales office as well as the communication with everyone involved in making sure the journey to buying a property is as smooth as it can be. In her spare time she'll be ferrying her two sons to cricket or football or whatever other sporting activity they fancy! Luckily she loves all sports and keeps as fit as she can to compensate for her love of food and drink!
Karolina joined Churchills in 2023 as Lettings Administrator and helps keep the lettings team in check. In her spare time she loves spending time with her son and doing outdoor activities.
Katie joined Churchills in July, and moved from Darlington to York and feels it's a lovely city to work and live in. She likes spending time with family and friends. She used to be a florist in Darlington and wanted a career change to progress forwards and feels working at Churchills is the perfect place to do that.
Kerri has worked for Churchills since 2013 and is the Senior Sales Negotiator at the Bishopthorpe road Office. She thoroughly enjoys her job role and loves nothing more than helping people and providing a great customer service. Outside of work she loves spending time with friends & family and is a keen netballer.

Leading the Churchills teams Kevin joined the company in 1987 and brings a wealth of experience in all property related matters. Away from the office he enjoys spending time with his family and dog and playing golf.

Liz started working for Churchills as a Senior Negotiator in a team of just 2 back in 2012. She has seen a dramatic change of the lettings department during this time and enjoys developing the team and department to make it the best it can be. At home Liz has 2 young children and enjoys spending time with them and having weekends away and new adventures.

Paula has worked for Churchills as a Senior Negotiator/Valuer at Churchills. Since 2016. In 2002 married with 2 sons she decided it was time for a career change. After moving home 5 times in 8 years she understood and had experienced what it felt like to be a seller and a buyer. With a keen interest in interior design and a passion for property, Estate Agency seemed the right choice.
Rebecca started at Churchills in September 2020 as an apprentice administrator. Rebecca has now worked her way up through the department and is currently in the role of a Lettings Consultant managing a number of properties on behalf of our landlords. In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys eating, drinking and holidaying with her friends as well as her partner & family.

Rick joined Churchills at the beginning of 2022 and provides in-house maintenance services to all Churchills and Welcome Lets rental stock with over 20 years of experience . He loves all kinds of motor racing but formula one is his favourite.

Shaneece joined Churchills as a Lettings Consultant in January 2023, having previously worked in the Recruitment industry for 5 years. She particularly enjoys helping people to find their new homes, and seeing tenants excitement on move in day! Outside of work, Shaneece enjoys travelling, going to concerts and seeing new places.

Stuart started as a Lettings Consultant in October 2020 after 15 years in the events industry. Outside of work Stuart enjoys being outdoors, spending time cycling, running as well as walking in his favourite place, the Lake District.
