Austin Breslin is a Software developer who adapts to the industry's current and future trends to use an ever-broadening skillset to reach the goals set out by his business partners. He started as Java Developer, moved on to JQuery UI development to IBM WCM administrator/developer, then to SharePoint/Azure developer, and then to AWS full-stack development. He has experience in large enterprises and has helped solve many of the challenges such organisations might face during their digital transformation and thrive on solving more. Austin has a breadth of skills in many different development environments and administration roles.

Ayesha Manu

Ayesha is a Business Application Developer across the Microsoft technology stack and flourishes in producing elegant and practical code which solves many problems for our clients. Ayesha has experience working in various environments and industries. Her flexibility and problem-solving skills allowed her to solve many problems with her clever technical solutions. For example, one might say that she is an intuitive programmer. She is also lovely to have around, with an infectious smile and a fantastic sense of humour.

Dean Breslin McGinley

We are thrilled to have Dean join the JFDI family as a Junior Software Developer. Initially an intern, Dean impressed us over the summer with his passion, diligence and fantastic work ethic. We were inspired to offer him a part-time position to support his professional growth while in college. At JFDI, we aim to nurture young talent by providing opportunities for education and development. Dean exemplifies the values we look for in team members, and we are excited to watch him flourish in his new role. His positive attitude is an asset to our collaborative culture. Ian Sanders

As a consultant at JFDI, Ian has years of real-world experience solving all architectural, operational, and development-related SharePoint problems, improving both corporate and small business sites. Ian is a Microsoft Certified Trainer with a solid track record of confidently presenting any SharePoint concept and instilling that confidence into his trainees. He's also a Microsoft SharePoint Certified IT Professional and Microsoft SharePoint Certified Technical Specialist. As a consultant at JFDI, he has gained real-world, practical experience in solving architectural, operational, and development-related SharePoint problems in both corporate and small-business sites.

Ike Gluski

Ike is JFDIs' business developer. He is the first touchpoint for external contacts, also our representative online and at various events. He never stops looking for new opportunities to use the JFDI development team's skillset. Plus, he ensures that JFDI is as easy to find online. Helpful, kind, and funny. Ike will not let the team feel down, even on the rainiest days. And he likes cars-a lot.

Joel Jeffery - CTO

Joel is a SharePoint Architect and Microsoft Certified Trainer who specialises in developing and implementing large-scale Microsoft projects. With over 25 years of IT experience, he's trained thousands of people in SharePoint and is regarded by the global IT community as a SharePoint virtuoso. Joel has held roles as Technical Director, Partner, Managing Consultant and Principal Consultant at consultancies large and small throughout the last two decades. Joel has over 25 years of experience in IT and over 20 in the industry. Despite being a trained enterprise architect, Joel remains rebelliously hands-on, holding 23 certifications in Microsoft technologies. Joel has a real knack for explaining complex technologies simply. He's rebelliously hands-on and rarely off-duty. Instead, he thrives on the warm, fuzzy feeling he gets from solving client problems. The type of IT guy you want on your team!

Jon Silver

A lifelong inventor and engineer, Jon is also a proven communicator, having been a freelance writer since 1989, including as a Contributing Editor and database columnist for PC Pro Magazine. He's a specialist in several subject areas, including UX design, low-power electronics design, firmware engineering, and 3D printing. Jon has been creating business systems for almost 40 years and providing consultancy for over 30 years, so there are not a lot of business problems he hasn't seen and solved. He can give you an immediate answer to what's possible and then rapidly show you how. He still codes every day, constantly learning and mastering new skills and keeping up to date with the latest technologies and architectural patterns, including serverless cloud computing. With his leadership, creativity, experience, and passion for applying technology to the automation of business processes, he's someone you want on your project team. Jon thinks governments should act decisively on climate change and actively invest in green technology research & development. Jon is also a passionate supporter of fundamental human rights, especially ending homelessness, water poverty, and food poverty, ensuring education for every child.

Jonathan Atkins

Jonathan is one of our application developers and has been accredited with the senior developer (level 2) Appian qualification. With over three years of experience as a lead developer working on many projects and applications. He has an extensive analytical and technical background in providing effective and efficient solutions to business process automation challenges. Jonathan possesses a good team spirit and enjoys building solid relationships with customers and partners.

Karan Thomason

Background in various ICT roles, with over 25 years of experience in Technology. Karan started in Change Management and worked in various private sector industries, the public sector, NHS, and Civil Services.

Stephen Burns

Job Titles:
  • Software Developer
Stephen started as a developer in the Azure/SharePoint Online space creating ARM templates, YAML pipelines and PowerShell scripting for deployments - primarily ops focused, then moved to develop frontend web part solutions for SharePoint Online using React / Typescript / SPFX and Flow with automated testing using Selenium / Jest and Cucumber. Experience migrating an SPFX solution to a standalone NextJs / NodeJS application that used Graph for Azure-related calls. He's done a bit of everything, like working with SPFX, Next JS, React, TypeScript, PowerShell, Node etc.
