Annabel Goodwin

Annabel is an Associate Consultant with Dearden Assessment with extensive experience in delivering remote assessments as well as assessment centres for senior appointments. She has over 20 years experience in NHS recruitment, devising and delivering search and selection projects. Her core skills are in providing critical competency assessment summaries for final interview panels and in supporting individual career development. She is an ILM qualified executive coach. She worked in the NHS as a General Nurse and Midwife before transferring to NHS recruitment roles.

Mark Gammage

Mark is an associate of Dearden Assessment. His consultancy work spans human resource management coaching, leadership, organisation development and workforce planning, development and redesign. Mark joined Dearden in 2002 after previously joining the NHS as a national management trainee. He is currently managing director of Dearden HR, a management consultancy firm specialising in supporting the NHS and allied industries on the full range of people and workforce issues, ranging from 1:1 coaching, mediation and team building to whole service and Trust restructures through to pan-rganisational change and mergers. Mark has worked as a substantive and/or interim HR Director in 14 different NHS organisations and as COO and Deputy CEO. Mark is a keen rugby supporter (his days of playing are now over!). He is a PADI-qualified scuba diver and enjoys combining his pleasure for travelling with diving.

Sarah Banton

Sarah is an experienced Psychologist with Dearden Assessment. With over 19 years of experience of identifying and selecting the very best talent, Sarah is passionate about providing organisations with robust, insightful services that add clear value for money. With a background in NHS general management and psychology, Sarah leads a range of assessment assignments, including whole system assessment and development processes. Sarah is qualified to use a range of ability and personality instruments, including EBW, Saville Wave, MBTI, 16PF and OPQ32.

Viv Walton

Viv is an experienced Psychologist who founded Dearden Assessment. She provides assessment and development support across a range of professional and technical groups for organisations across the UK. Viv is qualified to use a wide range of ability and personality instruments, including EBW, MBTI, OPQ32, 16PF and Hogan. Viv has a Masters in Coaching Psychology. She specialises in coaching for personal impact, confidence and career development. She helps people prepare for interview and works with teams on aspects of personal and team development.
