Currently residing in Portland, Oregon, USA-an important grape-producing region known as the American Burgundy, specializing mainly in Pinot Noir production-Amanda brings nearly 30 years of rich professional background in the wine and spirits industry. Holding professional and legal liquor distribution, export, and import licenses issued by the U.S. federal government, the Oregon state government, and the Portland city government, Amanda is a seasoned professional. Amanda is a graduate of the renowned KEDGE Business School in Bordeaux, France, with an MBA diploma in wine and spirits management. Her credentials also include an honorary certificate from the German Wine Academy and the Professional Premium Wine and Spirits Certification approved by the French Food Association (SOPEXA). In 2020, Amanda achieved the official certification of the Italian Wine Scholar (IWS) through the Wine Scholar Guild, recognized by the Italian official organization and the Wine Region Association. With a commitment to continuous learning, Amanda has developed profound insights into the planting and terroir of global wine regions. In September 2017, representing 99 Bottles, she was an exclusive attendee at the Vinexpo Explorer VIP Professional Buyer Symposium organized by Vinexpo France and Austria Wine where there are only a hundred buyers around the globe. The following year, in July 2018, Amanda was nominated as a lifetime member of The Keepers of The Quaich, an esteemed honor in the Scotch whiskey industry, and personally received the award at Blair Castle in Scotland in October 2018. Despite the vast number of professionals in the whisky industry, Amanda's achievement is rare and highly coveted. The Keepers of The Quaich is an international organization established to honor individuals making exceptional contributions to the promotion of Scotch whisky globally.

From starting as a retail dealer in 1989 to transitioning into an import agent in 1995, Mr. Liu has devoted over 30 years to the wine and spirits industry. Throughout this time, he has extensively explored major wine, whisky, and brandy production regions worldwide, tirelessly seeking products that offer exceptional quality and value for money to introduce to Taiwan. In particular, Mr. Liu has progressively introduced various types of Scotch Whisky, encompassing diverse distilleries, years, and a broad range of alcohol levels. Additionally, various flavored casks with flexible packaging and specifications are available. Each bottle undoubtedly represents a top-tier product and embodies "the best choice" for customers. Mr. Liu finds the wine and spirits industry ever-evolving and captivating. Recognizing its dynamic nature, he understands that standing still is akin to moving backward. Despite his extensive experience, Mr. Liu continues to diligently acquire new knowledge, extensively reading related literature, and actively participating in international wine and spirits exhibitions worldwide.
