Cindy Wildermuth is the CEO of Abilities of Northwest Jersey Inc., an accredited non-profit organization providing employment and support services for over 350 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and their families. As a sibling advocate for her older brother with profound developmental disabilities, Cindy has been in the field of serving those with special needs her entire life. Cindy starting volunteering for the local Arc chapter as a youth, and her passion for making a difference in the lives of others, has led her to her position today. Cindy joined Abilities in 2000 as the Business Manager, moved into the role of CFO in 2008, and was selected as CEO in 2012. Prior to Abilities, Cindy spent 13 years professionally growing at First Hope Bank, with her last position held as CIO/VP of Operations. Under Cindy's leadership, Abilities of Northwest Jersey Inc. has introduced new skill training programs to include SustainAbilities Electronics Recycling, PossAbilities Thrift Boutiques in Warren and Hunterdon Counties, Star on the campus of Warren Community College and a formal Music and Arts Program. She has successfully led the organization through three CARF International accreditations, Medicaid Fee for Service transition, an affiliation with Allies Inc., and the COVID-19 pandemic. To expand her community connections and volunteerism, Cindy joined the Washington Rotary in 2013. With her fellow members, she has been instrumental in supporting the local Washington community through a variety of volunteer projects. Cindy immediately assumed the role of accounting for their largest fundraiser, an annual raffle held each November. She was recognized as a Paul Harris Fellow in June 2021. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kean University, and advanced certifications from Allentown Business School and Rutgers Institute of Ethical Leadership. Cindy is the treasurer of ACCSES NJ, a board member and Secretary of the Washington Rotary Club, and a member of the United Way Northern NJ Women United. Cindy has lived in Warren County for most of her life and currently resides in White Township, with her husband and two fur babies. She is an active member of the Belvidere United Methodist Church and also volunteers for the Equine Tranquility Wellness Center, offering supports to riders with disabilities. When she is not spending valuable time with her family and friends, or volunteering, Cindy enjoys traveling to New England, exploring historic haunts, and railroad history.

Deb Martin

Deb Martin is the Fleet & Facilities Manager for Abilities of Northwest Jersey. Deb joined the Abilities team in 1998 as a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse for Abilities' Medical Special Needs Program. Through her hard work and dedication to the service recipients she worked with, Deb took on the role of Assistant Supervisor of the Medical Special Needs program, and then MSN Supervisor in 2007. In June of 2019, Deb was then promoted to her current position of Fleet & Facilities Manager. Deb graduated from Warren Hills High School in 1978 and later attended Warren County Technical School for her LPN degree, graduating in 1996. Deb previously worked for Warren Haven Rehabilitation Center as a nurse's aide and worked for a New York life insurance company. Deb credits her success to her natural ability to multi-task and her strong work ethics. Her goal for any position she takes on at Abilities, is to provide the best day for the people she serves. Born and raised in New Jersey, Deb lives in Oxford with her husband, Mike. When she's not working, you can find her spending time with her husband, daughter, son-in-law, and grandson.

Donna Zimmerman

Donna Zimmerman first began her career at Abilities in 2014, as a staff accountant. Within her five-year career with Abilities, Donna moved up to the position of Abilities Controller. Donna credits her success to her strong organization skills as well as her accounting and math minded skills. A New Jersey native, Donna was born and raised in Warren County and previously lived in St. Petersburg, Russia, and Las Vegas before moving back to Warren County. Donna graduated from Centenary University in 1986 with a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance and later continued her education to earn her MBA from Lehigh University in 1999. Donna previously worked for Mars Chocolate in Accounting, Sales, and Office Services before starting her career with Abilities.

Since 2016, Mary has been diligently working as the Office Manager at Abilities' Washington office where she assists with IT, takes part in courier responsibilities and even steps back into her Direct Support experience from time to time..
