As Founder and President of ​AirWorks Group LLC, Charisse is responsible for driving the overall strategy, growth and development of the company as it steers its way forward in partnership with leading US airports, ensuring the highest levels of client as well as passenger satisfaction in providing high volume, public use wireless networks. A highly experienced Radio Frequency (RF) Engineering executive with nearly 25 years in the field, Charisse has held management positions in some of the industry's largest and most successful wireless telecommunications companies overseeing high volume, wide scale design and implementation projects affecting millions of users. Charisse has a strong civic commitment. She is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated Also, she is member of Step-up Women's Network. Charisse is widely regarded as a leader in youth advocacy and philanthropy. Her work has earned the respect and admiration of members of the Chicago City Council working on inner-city youth issues. Charisse holds a Master's of Business Administration from Loyola University as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Purdue University.
