Dave possesses an impressive track record of 35 years in the construction industry. Since taking over Auburn Construction in 2009, he has built a sterling reputation within the industry. Auburn Construction has been a family business since 1963, passed down from David's uncles before him. David's journey began while studying at the Wentworth Institute of Technology, where he simultaneously worked as a carpenter for his Auburn. Seeking to broaden his expertise, he joined Modern Continental Construction for several years, honing his project management skills. In 1995, he returned to Auburn Construction, continuing to steer the proud family enterprise. Today, Auburn stands as one of the preeminent contracting firms in the area, specializing in the corporate, healthcare, life sciences and technology, and retail sectors. David attributes the exceptional execution of projects to his dedicated team-a blend of seasoned Auburn veterans and strategic new additions. David is committed to ensuring the utmost satisfaction of Auburn Construction's clients by maintaining meticulous planning and controlling costs and schedules rigorously. The Auburn team handles all phases of a project, from conceptual and fixed price estimating to value management, life-cycle cost projections, and pre-purchase options. Marc's communication, management, and leadership skills were developed and honed over a 10-year period in the U.S. Army, completing his military career as a Field Artillery Captain during Operation Iraqi Freedom. As Vice President / Project Executive, Marc brings to the table over 20 years of leadership experience. In his role as a Project Executive, Marc is responsible for the overall management and coordination of a Project, beginning with business development and preconstruction all the way through project closeout. Marc is the direct point of contact for his clients and maintains a "cradle to grave" mentality on all his projects. Marc has successfully delivered projects valuing over $500M throughout his career. Marc's experience includes Life Science & Technology, Corporate TI, Higher Ed, Hospitality, Historic Restorations and Secured Construction for DoD Contractors. The projects Marc has led have ranged from large scale corporate headquarters to ground up dormitories, cGLP labs and vivaria to restaurants and hotels, to almost everything in between. Clients Marc has worked with include Sarepta Therapeutics, Sage Therapeutics, Quest Diagnostics, bluebird bio, Clarks NA, Puma NA, Nokia, Wellington Management, Verizon, Hyatt, Tufts, MIT, Bentley, Brandeis, Alexandria Real Estate, and Historic New England to name a few.
