Our founder Adebisi has been the Managing Director of Biswal Limited since 1998, bringing with him over 25 years' experience as an entrepreneur.
Adebisi's passion and enthusiasm for excellence and resourcefulness is contagious; he has a unique talent for solving problems and a great capacity to motivate and nurture future leaders. He prides himself on his personal integrity and effective leadership and management style. As a seasoned entrepreneur he has outstanding knowledge and experience in core business areas of project management, financial management reporting, sales and marketing, budget planning and control, relationship building, contract negotiation and quality assurance.
Adebisi also serves on the board of numerous blue-chip companies spanning many different sectors of the Nigerian economy including telecommunications, construction, engineering, property, entertainment, gaming and hospitality.
Our Director of Operations Babatunde has over 20 years' work and entrepreneurial experience. With remarkable problem solving capabilities, Babatunde has worked for numerous cutting-edge companies both in Nigeria and further afield, in widely diverse industries such as telecommunications, civil engineering, oil and gas and many more.
Before joining Biswal Babatunde was the Managing Director of Accat Nigeria; he has also served as the Managing Director of Comenergy Limited, an oil and gas company present across the African sub-continent. As well as this, Babatunde has worked as Business Development Manager for Massland Limited and Sales Manager for Dupre International Limited.
Babatunde continues to grow his knowledge and skillset in the management of turn-key and telecommunications sites, revamping projects with Biswal Limited for Arbico Limited and many major telecommunications operators.
