BLK - Key Persons
Geoff has been an advisor to leaders his entire career, first as an investment banker and investor on Wall Street, and today as an advisor on all topics business and personal.
Geoff founded BLK as an institutional platform to complement his work as a leader in the field of personal development. Seeing the enormous impact his work was having on the skillfulness and success of just one on his CEO clients, Geoff began to imagine what would be possible if you "pushed down" expert systems for winning to every member of the team.
BLK was born and Geoff began assembling a team of highly experienced professionals (a number whom remain private) to help him build it.
When Geoff left Wall Street and stepped into the world of personal change, Jonny was one of his original trainers. One of the best change workers on the planet, Jonny works with individuals to achieve their potential as well as with groups, training advanced topics on the mind.
At BLK Jonny is a powerful weapon in quickly transforming clients and building the systems that drive change over time. He also recruits and manages our army of "Change Consultants," pros deep in the craft of transforming people and processes.
Jonny has a degree in Human Development from California State University, and more than 15 years experience in transformational change.

Job Titles:
- Investor at Highbridge Capital
After his career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and as an investor at Highbridge Capital, Patrick was drawn into the world of top performance.
Initially exploring how hard-core mental conditioning could improve his own trading, Patrick saw how much this skill would have improved his performance at Highbridge, as well as the enormous need for this type of knowledge in the hedge fund community.
Coming together with Geoff, whom he worked with early in his career at Goldman Sachs, they began to build the systems that today form the foundation of our Hedge Fund Advisory.
"Q" is responsible for a lot of the background thinking that goes into some of our projects, and when Geoff is dreaming up ideas, he's often doing it in the lab with Q.
