Born in 1972, Dave is a graduate in Business and Modern Japanese Studies. He founded Better Future in 2003 and has worked for Hay Group International in the past. He's the proud dad of Jander, Emme and Elea and the proud husband of Wieke.
Padmaja Nair has 36 years' experience in all aspects of Banking having worked during this time with India's premier Bank, State Bank of India. While she has worked both in retail and corporate banking, she has worked extensively in the credit area assessing risk, quantum, structuring and obtaining sanctions, of the credit requirements of both large corporate and SMEs. She was also member of the Corporate Centre Credit Committee for sanctioning loans up to Rs.150 crores.

Professor Sourav Mukherji teaches post-graduate courses at IIM Bangalore on Organization Design and Inclusive Business Models. His research focus is on inclusive business models - businesses that address the needs of the poor in a financially sustainable manner. Sourav is an avid follower of sports, enjoys running long distances and explores means of transferring lessons learned from sports to management.
Shweta Taneja is a writer, author, scriptwriter and communication specialist with more than thirteen years of experience in digital and print communication. She's published four books and more than two hundred articles and can be found lurking at @shwetawrites
Srinivas is passionate about human-centered design and innovation in business models to create a positive impact on society and environment. After more than 15 years of experience across sectors in the corporate, he followed his heart into social entrepreneurship. He works with Villgro and looks after their investments in agriculture and allied sectors. He unwinds and does his best thinking while running early mornings.

Suresh is co-founder & CEO of Yunus Social Business Fund Bengaluru and co-founder & partner of Yunus Social Business India Initiatives, Prior to this he was at the helm of affairs at Grameen Koota since its inception
in 1999 as Managing Director till July 2015 and non-executive director till July 2017. He was instrumental in developing Grameen Koota (GK) into a large socially responsible MFI having its outreach in 5 states of India. Mr. Suresh was instrumental in initiating the setting up of The Association of Karnataka Microfinance Institutions (AKMI) and was also part of the founding team which started microfinance industry associations including MFIN (Microfinance Institutions Network).
As a social entrepreneur, Uthara's goal is to alleviate poverty through capability building for the poor. She is an Acumen India Fellow 2015, GAP 2015 Change-maker and Unreasonable Institute India Lab Entrepreneur. She holds a Cost and Management Accountant (ICWAI) degree and a diploma in youth development.
