Cameron is a CPA Accountant, and Manager of our Northam office who has been providing taxation and business services since 2003.
Cameron grew up on the family farm in Goomalling and still has a strong interest in agricultural practices and operation, regularly getting back home when he can and helping out.
He is passionate about assisting his farming and business clients proactively manage their tax, accounting and succession needs.
Cameron and his wife have 2 boys and live in Northam where he is actively involved in the community through his coaching and volunteering through his son's sports. He is also an avid sports watcher and still enjoys playing a game of basketball in the local comp.

Brant is a Certified Practising Accountant based in our Northam office, providing taxation and business services to farmers and small businesses.
Brant is a member of CPA Australia and has been working at Byfields since 2001.
Proactive in putting tax planning strategies into place, Brant looks at the bigger picture issues in your business. Big picture areas such as, your structure, succession, retirement planning, super, and wills. Brant is happy to meet you at your farm or business.
Outside of Byfields, Brant enjoys the country lifestyle with his wife and two daughters, and has a passion for providing great proactive service to his client base.
Caitlin is a Manager in the Agribusiness division based at our Perth office, specialising in broadacre cropping as well as livestock and pastoralist clients.
Having grown up in Merredin, Caitlin has a passion for the agriculture industry.
Outside of work Caitlin enjoys pilates and yoga.

Growing up in the heart of regional Western Australia, Corey embodies a deep-seated passion for giving back to local communities and supporting regional clients. With a commitment to excellence that began early on, Corey's academic career is a testament to his dedication and hard work.
During his time at Curtin University, Corey achieved remarkable academic accolades. He graduated as a member of the Vice Chancellor's List, the Wesfarmers High Achievers Society, and with distinction, placing him in the top 1% of students. This strong academic foundation has seamlessly transitioned into his professional endeavors.
Corey is an Associate in the Self-Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) division at Byfields, based in the Perth office. He feels strongly about supporting clients through their superannuation journey and In his role, finds immense satisfaction in helping clients reach their objectives and meet their reporting obligations.
Outside of his professional life, Corey is an avid tennis enthusiast. His passion for the sport has seen him compete both nationally and internationally, showcasing the same drive and determination that define his career.
Through his work at Byfields and his community involvement, Corey continues to make a positive impact, driven by the values of hard work, excellence, and community service.
Craig is a director based in the Perth office, and also regularly visiting Merredin.
Growing up on the family farm at North Burracoppin, Craig started work in the Byfields Merredin office in January 1997 after graduating from Curtin University in 1996. Craig advises a range of broad acre farming businesses in the Wheatbelt.
Craig is married to Nicola with young children Chloe and Josh, regularly hacks his way around a golf course, and is a keen follower of his beloved West Coast Eagles.

Dale is a Director of our Na rrogin and Wagin offices who has been providing taxation and business services since 1993.
Dale joined Byfields in 1993 and worked in our Northam and Perth offices before establishing our offices in Narrog in and Wagin, where he provides taxation, accounting and succession advice to a diverse client base.
Dale grew up in the small farming community of Darkan, and has spent most of his life interacting with farmers and business owners in rural communities. He therefore understands the needs of regional people and the importance of good advice.
His areas of specialisation are the Small Business Capital Gains Tax (CGT) Concessions and the Family Farm Transfer Duty Exemption which are critical to the implementation of farm and business succession.
Dale is married to Jo-Anne and has three children, Emma, Ben & Thomas. His interests outside of work include fishing, golf, tennis and squash.
Eamonn grew up on the family farm in Dumbleyung. He loves agriculture and he knows that his best way to serve his clients is sitting with them on farm discussing their needs, regularly discussing their business and family on the phone or assessing the performance of their business on many computer screens.
Eamonn advises a broad range of agribusiness such as broadacre cropping and livestock, pastoralists, horticulture as well as many of the businesses which support and compliment agriculture.
Outside of Byfields, Eamonn likes to spend time with his young family, is a keen golfer and still tries to play football.

Glenn has been a director of the practice for over 10 years providing tax and consultancy services for SME businesses in Western Australia.
One of two directors in the firm's Perth based Business Tax & Consultancy division, Glenn heads up a team of over 14 staff dedicated to servicing businesses and business owners from small family owned businesses to large multi owner private companies reporting to ASIC.
Glenn places an emphasis on avoiding the 'accounting speak' when advising clients on any issues. It is important to Glenn, that you really understand what he's saying! Glenn takes pride in making a positive difference to your financial well-being. It is also important that you do not feel like just a number when you work with Glenn and his team.
Glenn is a member of CPA Australia, The Tax Institute of Australia and Family Business Australia and has been working in the industry for over 20 years. Glenn also oversees the practice's Bookkeeping Division, based in the Perth office.

Gordon is a Certified Practising Accountant providing a variety of business advisory and taxation services to a large range of clients. Graduating from The University of Western Australia, Gordon commenced work with Byfields in 2007, and became a director in the business in 2021.
Growing up in the family business, Gordon has learnt the valuable insights on the "ins and outs" of running a business and enjoys sharing them with all his clients.
He has a keen interest in not only helping clients achieve their business and financial goals, but also forming lasting relationships with his clients and peers.

Ian is an Advanced Tax Consultant providing business advisory & taxation services in Perth.
With over 27 years' experience, Ian joined Byfields after completing a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Curtin University.
Ian has worked extensively as a tax accountant for Byfields in Merredin, Northam and is now based in Perth. He has specialist knowledge in all fields, particularly the hard to solve issues.
Outside of Byfields, Ian is a member of the West Coast Eagles, husband, and proud father. His hobbies include cycling, running and fishing.
Irene is a Manager within the Business team based at our Perth office, working closely with Byfields Wealth Management and the Self-Managed Super Fund team on estate/retirement planning.
Irene enjoys passing on her knowledge to clients whilst safeguarding client confidentiality & privacy and demystifying any queries related to tax terms so that they are simple and easy to understand.
A member of CA ANZ, Irene has gained years of experience working with clients, helping them to understand their current statement of financial position, future goals and wishes, providing KPIs.
Irene's interests outside of work include, woodwork, gardening, crochet and cooking.

Jack is a Director within the Agribusiness division based at our Perth office, specialising in broadacre farming and agribusiness.
Having grown up on the family farm in Badgingarra, Jack has an established, long-standing passion for the agriculture industry, with a particular interest in the latest farming practices and technology.
A member of CPA Australia, Jack has over 15 years of experience working within the accounting and taxation industry.
Interests outside work include football, golf, fishing, water skiing.
Jared is a manager within the Agribusiness division based at our Perth office, specialising in accounting and taxation.
Having grown up on the family farm in Moodiarrup, Jared has an established, long-standing passion for the agriculture industry, after being heavily involved in the running of the family farm with his parents for many years. This included merino sheep, beef cattle and cereal cropping.
Jared has over 10 years of experience in building long term relationships with his clients as a trusted advisor.
Outside of work, Jared enjoys spending quality time with his wife Rachel and their three children Isabelle, Lily and William. He also enjoys volunteering at the local primary school as the treasurer of the p&c, as well as working in the garden and getting back to the country when he can.
Joseph is a Manager in our agribusiness section at our Narrogin office, specialising in taxation services.
Having grown up in the Philippines, Joseph has developed a deep-rooted passion for agriculture and finance, working in both industries whilst over there.
Joseph brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. He is also a member of CPA Australia, showcasing his commitment to professional development.
Outside of work, Joseph enjoys spending time with his family made up of his wife and 2 daughters. Joseph also loves maintaining his garden, often experimenting with Asian hydroponic vegetables.
Justyna is a skilled Associate based in the Byfields Perth office. With a background of growing up on a small potato farm in Poland, she has gained firsthand appreciation for the hard work and dedication of primary producers.
After completing her initial degree in Krakow, Justyna embarked on a journey to Scotland, where she worked, studied, and explored. In 2014, she earned a post-graduate degree in Chartered Accounting. Justyna's strong connection to WA agribusiness led her to work at RSM Northam before joining the farming team at Byfields Perth in 2019.
In addition to her role at Byfields, Justyna also serves as a part-time lecturer at Curtin University, where she teaches accounting to agribusiness students at Muresk. This experience inspired her to create tax workshops at Byfields, helping junior and intermediate accountants develop practical skills in solving complex tax matters.

Lea is a director in our Narrogin office, providing taxation and consulting advice to business and farming clients, to help them achieve their financial and personal goals.
Growing up on the family farm at Aldersyde, Lea started work in the Perth Byfields office in September 2004.
With over 16 years' tax experience, now a Chartered Accountant, Lea relocated from Perth to open the Narrogin office in January 2007. Our office enables us to have strong relationships with our clients and the communities they live in.
Outside of Byfields, Lea lives in Brookton with her husband and two sons where they are active members of the community.

Michelle is a Certified Practicing Accountant with over nine years' experience in public practice, specialising in small and medium business reporting, tax planning and compliance.
Working with a range of emerging businesses, Michelle enjoys providing insights from her years of experience. As one of the managers in the Perth Business division, Michelle's satisfaction comes from seeing these businesses thrive and succeed with the ongoing support of her team members and associates of the firm.
Michelle graduated from the University of Western Australia (UWA) in 2009, majoring in corporate finance, investment finance and financial accounting. Michelle is a current member of Toastmasters International.
Michelle, a manager of the Byfields Business division, is proud that all of the accounting team are Xero certified.
Agriculture is an exciting and challenging industry to be involved in. Having grown up in a farming family in Merredin, Neil feels a real connection to agricultural businesses, and rural Australia in general. Working predominantly with broad acre farming clients from Geraldton in the north to Esperance in the south, Neil travels regularly from our Perth office to meet clients on their farms.
Neil is married to Megan and they have four children. His interests include playing Masters football, gardening as well as being a passionate (but frustrated) Dockers supporter.

Russell is a Certified Practising Accountant providing taxation and business advice to small businesses and farmers. Completing a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2003, Russell moved from the city to Merredin to join the Byfields team in March 2005, becoming an associate in the business in 2017.
In 2019, Russell was appointed Life Membership of the Wheatbelt Business Network (WBN) AGM, after almost 9 years on the committee. Since the WBN inception Russell had held a number of Executive Positions, been an avid ambassador for the WBN and Wheatbelt small businesses and generous volunteer.
In 2023, Russell was appointed Life Membership of the Merredin Basketball Association, after more than 12 years on the committee. Russell had held a number of Executive Positions (including Treasurer for 10 years) since joining the committee for the 2009/10 season and is still an active member of the Association.
Russell enjoys playing basketball, is a member of the Perth Wildcats ‘Red Army!' and has 2 young children.
Ryan is a director in our Northam office, a Certified Practising Accountant and provides taxation and business services to farmers and small businesses in the Wheatbelt.
Ryan has a strong interest in succession planning and understanding that every families situation is different and that there is not a one size fits all approach that will work. There are some things that most successful succession plans have in common; communication, timing, compromise and knowledge.
Outside of Byfields, Ryan enjoys playing farmer on the small block he, his wife and 3 children call home as well as taking part in a few different sports (hockey, football and basketball).
Growing up on a family farm in Borden, in the heart of the Great Southern, Sam always thought he would follow in his parents' footsteps. However, 15 years later, he has forged a successful career as a dedicated and passionate accountant at Byfields, committed to supporting and growing his regional clients.
As a Manager in the Tax division, Sam is based in Byfields' Narrogin office. He originally began his journey with Byfields in Northam before transitioning to Narrogin, where he now works extensively with Dale Woodruff and his team to ensure the best outcomes and experiences for clients.

Working in our Merredin office for 18 months Scott developed a strong passion for working in agriculture and with rural clients in WA. Now working from our Perth office, Scott is fortunate to be able to continue working in this industry, and enjoys assisting our rural clients.
Scott is a member of CPA Australia and has been working with agribusiness clients since 2008. Scott is committed to helping his farming and rural clients proactively manage their tax and assist with the operation and structuring of their businesses.

Sherly is a member of the Institute of Public Accountants with over 13 years' experience in the industry, providing farm and business taxation services to a wide of range of clients.
A manager based in the firm's Perth Agribusiness division, Sherly enjoys mentoring our graduates and new staff on accounting fundamentals and ensuring they learn the importance of connecting with our client's needs and not just basic taxation.
Sherly enjoys helping her clients achieve their business and financial goals and assisting where possible to reach their potential in business. She is always on hand to share her knowledge where needed.

Simon is the managing director of Byfields Business Advisers and continues to provide taxation and business services to farmers and small businesses.
One of Simon's key motivators is helping clients to achieve their overall business/ financial goals and striving to make a genuine difference to their business lives. The other key motivator is working within the Director group to collectively drive the firm forward as a Premier accounting practice to serve the community for many years to come.
Simon joined Byfields in 1987, graduating from Curtin University, and started his career in the Northam office before moving to manage the Merredin office. He then relocated back to the Northam office in 1993, and forms part of the three director team out of that office.
Outside of Byfields, Simon enjoys the country way of life with his wife, has three children and is actively involved in local community groups.
Tania is as a dedicated and accomplished Manager in the area of business reporting, tax planning, and compliance for small and medium enterprises. With a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and Finance from Edith Cowan University, Tania has developed a robust foundation that supports her transition from specialist SMSF advisory work to her current role.
Having grown up on a family farm in West River and residing in Esperance for over 24 years, Tania is deeply ingrained in her community. Her approach with clients is both personal and relatable, reflecting her commitment to fostering strong, down-to-earth relationships.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Tania leads a life filled with family activities, raising two energetic boys. An avid hockey player, she also contributes significantly through various volunteer roles at Castletown Primary School and the Esperance Hockey Association, demonstrating her dedication to community involvement and support.
