Cliff graduated Magna Cum Laude from Niagara University in Niagara Falls, New York in 2008 with a Bachelor of Business Administration; major in accounting. Cliff was recruited by Niagara's NCAA Division 1 hockey program, where he was awarded a full 4-year athletic hockey scholarship.
Cliff earned his CPA/CGA designation in September 2013, and received the Jim Penner Public Practice Award as CGA Manitoba's top graduating public practice student in 2013 for his honours distinction on the national final exam - Professional Applications 1.
Cliff has since pursued a tax specialization for our Canadian clients, and recently completed the 3-year In-Depth Tax Program. Cliff received honours distinction on the graduating comprehensive tax case project.
Cliff will be assuming partner responsibility for clientele in various industry sectors and he will continue to provide compliance, business and tax advisory services to our private client groups.
Corey joined our firm June 1, 2016, and has over 10 years of experience in industry and public accounting. He graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2002, where he received his Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) Degree in accounting and finance. Corey enrolled in the Chartered Accountants School of Business in 2003, receiving his CA designation in February, 2007.
Corey is responsible for managing the firm's accounting, assurance, corporate tax, and personal tax services.

Janice joined our firm September 1, 2016, and he has over 15 years of experience in public accounting. She graduated from the University of Manitoba in 1999 where she received her Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) Degree. Janice completed the Uniform Final Examination in September 2000 and received her CA designation in February 2001.
She provides assurance, accounting and tax services to our clients.

Jeff joined the firm January 1, 2011, and has been in public practice since 2008. After graduating from the University of Manitoba, where he received his Bachelor Degree, he attained his professional designation as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Manitoba. He has also completed the 3 year Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada In-Depth Tax Program and continues to build and pursue his tax specialization and knowledge.
As a partner, he services owner-managed enterprise clientele in various industry sectors within the firm by providing, assurance, business and tax advisory services, corporate and private enterprise tax planning, personal and corporate tax compliance and estate and trust services. His additional responsibilities, within the firm, extend to assisting with tax and assurance compliance requirements, internal monitoring and quality control processes.

Liz graduated from the University of Manitoba, Asper School of Business, with a degree in Accounting in 2005. She went on to work within the financial reporting department of a large insurance company, where she assisted in the testing of the investment system to ensure compliance for fair value accounting.
In January 2007, Liz joined MNP LLP, where she worked within the assurance department, working on audits, reviews and compilations. In September 2009, she transferred to the taxation department, where her main focus was on corporate reorganizations. There, she completed levels I & II of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants Indepth tax program.
Liz completed her CGA designation in 2013. She provides accounting and taxation services for our clients.
Liz is fluent in Polish and English and is also involved in the community:
Volunteer registrar for Camp Quality Manitoba in 2005 and 2006 along with volunteering for the senior citizens tax clinic in 2009 - 2011.
