Mr. Dave Arthur Williams LLM (Lond.); LLM (UWI); BSc. (Econ.); LLB (Hons.); LEC; CFE, is a Legal, Compliance and Operational Risk Consultant with over twenty (20) years' experience in Corporate Security Management, Financial Crimes Investigations, Legal and Compliance Management, particularly in the area of Operational Risks and Related Fields.
He holds a BSc. Degree in Economics from the University of the West Indies, a Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) Degree from the University of London, a Master of Laws Degree from the University of London and a Legal Education Certificate (LEC) from Hugh Wooding Law School.
He is an Attorney-at-Law, having been called to the Bar of Trinidad and Tobago in October 1996. He has also successfully completed his second Master of Laws Degree, with the University of the West Indies, in the area of Corporate and Commercial Law. He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner; a designation he obtained from the internationally renowned Association of Certified Fraud Examiners based in the USA. He is also a member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE); as well as a member of the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS).
On December 20, 2004 he established a company, DAWILL LAW ACADEMY and CONSULTANCY SERVICES LIMITED for the main purpose of providing training and consultancy in the areas of Legal, Compliance and Operational Risks. Dave resigned as a General Manager with RBTT Financial Holdings Limited in January 2004.

Jacqueline Hilton-Clarke is KCL Capital Market Brokers Limited's Vice President of Institutional and Retail Sales. Jacqueline is the holder of a BSC degree from the University of the West Indies, with a major in Economics. She has continually bolstered her core competencies by attending workshops in key areas of management, negotiation and syndication throughout the course of her professional career. Mrs. Hilton Clarke has over 22 Years of experience in the financial services industry.
Her career at the AIC Financial Group Limited began in 2004 when she took up responsibility for key areas in Corporate Sales and joined the senior membership of the structuring team with a focus on structure trade finance initiatives. Prior to joining AIC, she worked at RBTT Bank Limited for 11 years holding various leadership positions in Retail Banking, Corporate Banking and Treasury Operations. Her key areas of responsibilities included distribution and origination, with a continued focus on the development of relationships on behalf of the Bank. Having formulated the strategy behind the Bank's successful penetration into this market, Mrs. Hilton-Clarke was pivotal in the establishment of the Bank's Central American Banking Office.
Over the years, she has garnered experience in the areas of Business Development, Relationship Management, Customer Service and Origination developing relationships throughout the local, Caribbean and Central American regions. In her capacity as Vice President, she is responsible for Relationship Management and KCL's Customer Relationship Strategies. Additionally, she provides support in the areas of Corporate Sales and Distribution.
She has been able to successfully provide funding solutions for a majority of the facilities under the Structured Finance Programme. She can be credited with raising regional awareness of the Structured Finance Product having facilitated several successful deal closures.
Mrs. Hilton-Clarke is a member of the Rotary Club of Port of Spain West and has dedicated over 5 years of service to this cause.

Liesel Alexander is KCL Capital Market Brokers Limited's Vice President of Corporate Finance and Asset Management and has been professionally involved in the finance industry for over 12 years within the banking and non-banking sectors.
Ms Alexander is a Licensed Broker, a member of the Structuring and Distribution team, and is responsible for managing the investment portfolio of the company. Over the course of her career she has developed experience and knowledge conducting in-depth analysis of potential investments, performance, due diligence and market condition analyses.
In 2005, she joined AIC Financial Group in the position of Senior Analyst within AIC Securities, the company's brokerage arm. She was later promoted to Portfolio Manager within AIC Capital Market Brokers Limited. Prior to joining AIC Financial Group, she worked for the country's highest rated bank, First Citizens Bank, managing the Pensions and Mutual Fund portfolios which amounted to in excess of $4.5 billion.
Ms. Alexander oversees the duties of the Kenneth Cyril Valley Foundation ("KCV"), a Trinidad & Tobago registered charitable organization focused on the empowerment of youth through education. She is also a partner and member of the Investment team of of Aspire Fund Management Company Limited, a private equity management company focused on private sector investments throughout the Caribbean.
Ms Alexander graduated with honours in Tourism Management Studies from Senece College in Toronto, hold a Bachelor's Degree from York University Canada, specializing in Economics and Business Management, and is current pursuing a Masters of Business Administration.

Michelle Des Vignes is the Business Development Manager and Human Resource Manager at KCL Capital Market Brokers Limited. She is qualified in Marketing, Project Management and Human Resources Management and is currently pursuing an MBA in Strategic Management. She has over 15 years experience in sales, marketing and relationship management.
Prior to joining KCL Capital Market Brokers Limited in 2011, Ms. Des Vignes served as part of the AIC Financial Group (AICFG) in the capacity of HR Officer and later as Business Development Officer. In her current role, she has responsibility for management of the Trade Finance Program and new business development. Prior to joining AICFG, she worked for 9 years at I.T. Mc Leod Partnership Limited, Quantity Surveyors and Cost Construction Economists as a Marketing Officer for the firm's high-end Townhouse Developments.

Mrs. Kieran Valley-Gordon has over 7 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry. Mrs. Valley is a former Fulbright Scholar and holds an MBA degree (Hons.) from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkley. Mrs. Valley was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in September 2005 and also holds a BA in Economics (cum laude) from Williams College, Massachusetts.
Ms. Teresa Wankin is the holder of a BSc (Hons) in Information Technology and Computing from the University of Greenwich, England, a Graduate Diploma in Management of Information Systems, a Diploma in Applications Programming and a Mini MBA in Telecoms. She is also a member of the Institute of Information Managers and the Karrass Negotiating Leaders.
Teresa currently holds the position of Operations and Human Resource Manager at CANTO, a regional association of telecommunication operators and service providers with 111 members in 33 countries that is headquartered in Trinidad and Tobago. As Operations and HR Manager, Ms. Wankin oversees the operations of the association, manages the capacity building initiatives in the region and oversees the planning, implementation and delivery of multi-national development programs.
Prior to being employed with CANTO she was employed as an Information Systems Specialist with the Government of Trinidad and Tobago.
On July 1st, 2011 Ms. Adams joined KCL Capital Market Brokers Limited as Chief Operating Officer. During her tenure she has been able to provide financial leadership and facilitate a culture of accurate, timely reporting and compliance to corporate governance standards.
Mr. Reginald F.A Thomas holds a Masters in Business Administration, B.Sc. (Hons.) Public Administration and is a Certified Pension Consultant from the American Society of Pension/Actuaries along with other Certificates and Diplomas attained.
His career path has seen him hold positions of Senior Local Consultant - World Bank (SVG), Director of the Inter-American Conference on Social Security Studies Mexico (2916-2019) Social Protection Coach, ILO Italy, Executive Director - National Insurance Services St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG), Lecturer at UWI, Cave Hill School of Business, Director on the Board of Eastern Caribbean Stock Exchange, Director on the Board of Eastern Caribbean Home Mortgage Bank, served as Deputy Chairman, also served as member of the Executive Committee to promote the operation functions and strategic directions of the exchange - 2000-2002, and other professional functions.

Mr. Cazabon has been a senior advocate attorney-at-law in private practice in Trinidad and Tobago for over 20 years. He specializes in criminal law and has appeared as defence counsel for private individuals, as well as special prosecutor for the State in numerous court matters. He has represented clients before the Magistrates' Court, High Court, Court of Appeal and the Caribbean Court of Justice. He is also admitted to the Bar in Guyana.
Mr. Cazabon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy and Administration from York University in Canada, a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Birmingham in England and a Legal Education Certificate from the Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad. He is a member of the Law Association and the Criminal Bar Association in Trinidad and Tobago.
Trudie Telesford-Pierre is the Deputy CEO at KCL Capital Market Brokers, sits on the Board of Directors, serves as the Company's Corporate Secretary & heads the Risk, Legal & Compliance Division.

She also sits on the Board of Directors, serves as the Company's Corporate Secretary and heads the Risk, Legal and Compliance Division. Her responsibilities include the formulation and execution of the company's corporate governance structure and the Project Finance arm of the company. Mrs. Telesford-Pierre is also a part of the executive management team that guides the company's corporate strategy and business development initiatives. She is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants of the United Kingdom and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago.
Before assuming her position at KCL Capital Market Brokers Mrs. Telesford-Pierre held senior management positions at AIC Finance Limited, including acting as CEO, and having responsibility for operations, risk management, ICT, HR & Administration, recoveries, and trust services. The breadth of her experience as a senior manager spans both the private and public sectors. Throughout her career she has led business re-engineering, strategy formulation and execution, corporate governance, human resource management and finance and accounting initiatives for a number of organisations.
Her vast experience in the financial service environment has informed her belief that all corporate decisions should be risk-based and that effective enterprise risk management results in organisational sustainability and excellence. As a result she is known for her strict adherence to the policies and procedures that support the corporate governance structure.
Trudie Telesford-Pierre sees the importance of mentoring and is passionate about contributing to a continuous learning organisation. Throughout her career she has dedicated her professional and personal resources to increasing the wealth of knowledge and skill within the organisations of which she has been a part.
Her willingness to contribute to the greater good outside of her professional life has led her to share her expertise in the financial sector as a member of the Board of the Habitat for Humanity Trinidad and Tobago Chapter. There she serves as Chairperson of the Finance and Audit Committee and a member of the Governance and Human Resource Committee.
