Alyssa Solis is the office administrator here at Dannah Investment Group. She is the first face you see when you come to our office, and has a passion for making each experience a memorable one. Alyssa attended Southern Arkansas University where she ran cross country and track, and obtained her bachelors in business management and masters in business administration. She loves learning about business and what it takes for a company to be successful. She enjoys going camping with her family and in her free time, she likes to workout.

Brittany Love

Brittany Love is the Executive Assistant to Joe Wainer, Chief Revenue Officer at Dannah Investment Group. Brittany brings over 18 years of customer service and administrative experience with an emphasis on event coordination, travel and calendar management, and client-centered services. Dependable and detail oriented, Brittany comes equipped with the exceptional ability to maintain numerous objectives, day to day administrative tasks and the ability to effectively facilitate external and internal communications. Originally from rural Missouri, Brittany currently resides in Dallas, Texas and in her free time enjoys thrift shopping, painting, and taking the occasional nap.

Corey Dennis

Corey is an Account Executive at Dannah Investment Group. He comes to us from a sales background with a passion and commitment to building lifelong relationships. He is responsible for managing both current and prospective client needs with a solution-based approach using the utmost integrity. Corey and his wife Kristen married in January of 2009 and have two beautiful children. Their goal is to raise Kingdom Kids! With one having a passion for baseball and the other volleyball there isn't much free time to be had. Corey and Kristen share a passion and a commitment to health, with a goal of having a healthy mind, body, and spirit. Corey's motto for life is "Choose people over preference."

Courtney Young

Courtney Young is the Executive Assistant to Richard Rodgers, Founder at Dannah Investment Group. Courtney is responsible for keeping Richard organized, prepared, and available to meet with our wonderful clients and prospects at Dannah. Courtney served in full-time ministry for fifteen years before joining the team, assisting different executives, and helping move the mission forward. She loves to minimize distractions for others, create order out of chaos, and help others do what they are uniquely gifted to do. Courtney earned her B.A. in Business Management at California State University San Marcos, and her M.A. in Leadership at Grand Canyon University. She is passionate about fostering a healthy work culture, with care for others as her primary motivator. Courtney has been married to her husband Brandon since 2010, and they have an adorable beagle who keeps them entertained. In her free time, Courtney enjoys tackling D.I.Y. projects on her home and serving at her local church. Courtney is a San Diego native with plans to move to the Carolinas this coming year.

Dawn Curtis

She brings a wealth of knowledge and attention to detail from her years of experience in education as a project manager, and a grant writer and administrator. Dawn recently moved to Texas, and in her free time, you can find her exploring the great state with her family.

Isabelle Linkous

She is responsible for managing the diverse needs of current and prospective investment clients. Isabelle is currently a third-year Walton Honors student at the University of Arkansas majoring in Economics and minoring in Finance. She enjoys spending her free time in the gym or out hiking! She currently resides in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Joe Wainer

Joe discovered his personal and professional calling to be in the area of helping others (people and organizations) to plan and execute strategies that lead to peace, security, productivity, and fulfillment. Joe became the President of Foursquare Foundation in 2013, an organization dedicated to the acceleration of worldwide and interdenominational evangelism. While developing a pathway for 170M in grants and gifts, while the Foundation's corpus grew from 183M to just over 226M during his tenure. He holds a degree in theology from The King's University and an MBA from George Fox University, but most importantly carries his passion as a Christ-follower, a husband, and father as his primary source of measuring success in life. Joe believes that money is a tool, not a goal. Joe converged his love of serving others with his skill in financial planning and management into a career in the financial services industry. Joe is a lifelong learner, keeping the best interest of his clients at heart. In addition to his MBA, Joe is both Series 7 and 66 Licensed, and continues to develop skills pursuant to excellent service and world class advice. Currently living in Valdosta, Georgia, Joe and his wife, Liz, have 2 boys, Grahame and Heyward. In his free time, Joe keeps bees, plays golf, and loves spending time with his family outdoors, preferably in pursuit of wild game.

Kyle Edwin Scott Rodgers - CEO

Kyle's mission has always been helping people unlock their greatest potential through intentional planning and taking appropriate risks. He attended Life Pacific College in San Dimas, CA, in 2008 and is a Ordained Minister with The International Church of The Foursquare Gospel. His first assignment was working in the national headquarters for The Foursquare Church in Los Angeles, California, where he spent three years working in the National Church Office, and two years working as the Project Manager for The Office of the CFO where his primary responsibility was tracking churches financial health and coordinating care to see that health improved. He left the non-profit sector in 2015 to go into business with his father and has been challenged and stretched both personally and professionally ever since. "My Dad often says that it's any father's dream to work with their son, but I would add that it's any son's dream to have the respect, encouragement, and wisdom passed on to them from their Dad." Together, they add strength by bringing a multi-generational approach to Dannah's investment team. Continuing education is vitally important to Kyle which is why since 2015 he has added his Property & Casualty, Life Accident & Health License, Series 7, Series 63, and his series 65 license. "It's my personal belief that as long as there is breath in my lungs, I'm not done learning yet." Kyle was married to his best friend and childhood sweetheart on August 18, 2012, and credits his wife's encouragement, support, and love as one of the primary motivators for his success. Together, they have two beautiful children and enjoy raising them to unlock their greatest God-given potential. They enjoy playing youth sports, barbequing outdoors with friends, traveling, and playing games together. In his free time Kyle enjoys continuing to date his wife and make her smile, playing with his kids, riding his Harley, camping & traveling with his family, volunteering with his church, and with his local police department as a chaplain.

Lisa Penberthy - COO

Lisa serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Dannah Investment Group overseeing the daily operations and works closely with the staff to support day-to-day activity. Her primary focus is to design and implement business strategies and procedures to promote the culture and vision of Dannah. She is an ordained minister with The Foursquare Church in which she has served in ministry and operation capacities at the local church and the Foursquare denomination for over 25 years. She values lifelong learning and is an adjunct professor at multiple higher education institutions. Her board experience gives her well-rounded exposure to both for-profit and nonprofit organizations - serving America's Christian Credit Union, Life Pacific College - Virginia, Liberty Station Community Association as well as serving on financial and risk management committees.  In addition to serving on various boards, volunteering in her community is a priority. She has served local school site councils, little league boards, and as a volunteer chaplain at Life Pacific University.  Lisa has earned an A.A. from Antelope Valley College, a B.A. from Life Pacific University, formerly Life Bible College, an M.Div. from The King's Seminary, and an MBA with dual concentration in Non-Profit Management and Human Resources from Corban University.  Lisa has been married to Bob since 1998 and they have two amazing boys, Xander (14) and Alaster (12).

Michele Kassa

Michele Kassa serves as the Vice President of Strategic Operations for Dannah Investment Group. Partnering closely with the Executive Team and staff, she leads design and implementation of efficient systems and workflows that make it easy to deliver outstanding service to our clients and partners. She brings 25 years of experience in building programs and teams that deliver business results with excellence. Her roles within the Consumer Tax Division of Intuit, Inc. as well as one of the largest Churches in America, position her well to partner across all our clients. Michele is a foster-adoptive mother with 6 amazing children, some of whom are now adults. With two middle schoolers still at home, sending one off to college this fall, and plans to relocate to Texas this summer, her home is buzzing with activity. In her free time, Michele loves movies, fun adventures with the kids and serving at her local church.

Michelle Norman - CFO

Michelle Norman has more than 20 years of financial leadership experience in serving both for-profit and nonprofit entities. Prior to joining Dannah Investment Group, she was a partner with a national CPA firm serving entities through audit, review, tax, and advisory services. She then went on to focuses her time on financial and operational consulting in various areas such as internal controls, investing strategies, financial reporting, financing, budgeting, decision support, and strategic problem resolution.

Nicole Stamps

As the Controller, Nicole is responsible for managing financial activities of Dannah. She has several years of experience working in for-profit and non-profit accounting, implementing, and overseeing internal controls, and financial reporting. Nicole loves serving internal and external customers, creating processes, and developing efficiencies to support scalability. And spreadsheets; she really loves spreadsheets! Nicole and her husband Jim have been embracing country life in rural northeast Texas since 2017: where they enjoy playing with their dogs, driving around on the tractor, and growing some of their own food.

Richard Rodgers - CEO, Founder

Richard Rodgers is an accomplished chief executive and entrepreneur with 33 years of experience in some of the largest automotive groups in the U.S. and the sixth largest corporation in the world. His extensive background in all aspects of financial management and investing, coupled with his leading expertise in insurance and risk transfer, make Richard a uniquely equipped leader to assist any board facing large risk exposure. Richard is an expert in mergers and acquisitions, as well as managing multi-million-dollar investment portfolios. A true team player and leader of unquestionable integrity, Richard is recognized for treating employees and customers with honesty, fairness and ethics. Richard has served on a large number of boards. Richard's specialties include strategic cash management, lecturing, insurance, securities, accounting and financial operations. Currently, Richard is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of the Dannah Investment Group LLC, which he founded in 2009. The group consists of Dannah Insurance Solutions LLC, Dannah Capital Partners, Dannah Executive fund, Captisure and Certannuity, different entities created to provide creative insurance solutions to employees, offer secure 401k plans, manage captive insurance companies and offer efficient risk management for auto dealers and medical professionals. Through Dannah, Richard has helped numerous companies protect their assets and achieve sustainable growth.

Sarah Farver

Sarah Farver is our Operations Manager who works diligently to help people pursue Employee Retention Credits. She enjoys implementing better processes to streamline processes and enjoys getting to visit with clients one-on-one and learn about their business. When not working, she enjoys her family and growing her list of hobbies. Current hobbies include working in the garden and beekeeping but also enjoys getting to travel with her husband and kids.

Wendy has been married to her best friend, Joseph, for 37 years and has a son and daughter-in-love. What brings Wendy the most joy is spending time with her family, singing, and watching the Dodgers win with her hubby by her side!

Zachary Hensley

Zachary Hensley is an accountant executive here at Dannah Investment group. He is responsible for providing up-to-date information, recommendations, and assistance to clients during the data gathering portion of the employee retention credit process. With a background in customer service, Zachary is particularly sensitive to the unique needs of each individual client and takes pride in anticipating their needs based on their particular situation. Zachary attended Azusa Pacific University for his undergraduate degree in Social Science and California Baptist University for his graduate degree in Organizational Leadership. He is a proponent of the Mark Miller school of leadership and believes that being a lifelong learner is essential to being successful. In his free time, Zachary enjoys going on road trips with his wife, going on hikes, watching football, and spending time with his family in his hometown of Oceanside, California. Currently, Zachary lives in Glendora, California with his wife and 2 cats, Azzy and Momo, where they are the caretakers of the state headquarters for the Daughters of the American Revolution historical society.
