DAVIDHASSINLCSW

Born and raised in New York City, I spent over 20 years in small town New England before coming to California in 1998. I first worked as a residential counselor for the developmentally disabled before starting my graduate work in 1976. Since then I have worked as a therapist, for adults, couples and groups in private practice, and community mental health centers... I especially like working with men who are struggling with transitional issues: relationship and job loss and the associated emotions of anger and depression. I have worked in the professional theatre and enjoy working with a wide range of artists. I have special training in working with Asperger's and autistic children and adults and enjoy working with family members.
