Ms. Van Allen graduated from Queens University in 1977 with a Bachelor of Arts, English. After graduation she continued her education with business courses at St. Lawrence College.
In April 1979 she was employed in a Chiropractic Clinic as the Office Manager creating a team approach by hiring, training and retaining staff in the delivery of health services. In 1990 she became the Administrative Manager and currently is the Bookkeeper.
Ms. Van Allen has also has held various executive positions on the Board of Directors of Canadian Mental Health Association and Canadian University of Women. She was a Founding Board Member for Interval House in Brockville.
In October 1992 Heidi joined D.D.D.G. Technical Services Inc. as an Officer of the Corporation to provide financial and administrative services. Duties include general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, HR, and project costing. She is proficient in Simply Accounting, Excel and Microsoft Word
Ms. Van Allen is the Corporate Security Officer.
For years, Joel worked in the construction and building materials industries before enrolling in the Architectural Technician Program at Algonquin College in 2017.
The following year, he started working for a small architectural design firm before obtaining a BCIN designation for Small Buildings and graduating, with honours, in 2019.
In June of 2020, Joel joined DDDG Engineering Services as a draftsperson and designer.
