Brian M. Weber - CEO

Brian Weber is a native of Shepherdsville, Bullitt County, Kentucky. After graduating from Bullitt Central High School, he attended Morehead State University and was a member of the prestigious MSU cheerleading squad. He graduated from MSU in 2006 with a B.A. in Government and summa cum laude in 2008 with a Master's of Public Administration. Brian began his legal studies at Regent University and studied international law at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem in 2009. Brian graduated from the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville in 2011. While attending law school, Brian wanted to serve the Louisville community. Brian was active in several community service projects, including one competition to improve the tree canopy in urban Louisville. Brian's team won the student competition, and the Louisville Metro Council partially adopted their plan. Brian's first legal job was with the office of the Bullitt County Attorney as an Assistant County Attorney. During his tenure with the County Attorney's office, Brian worked in the Juvenile Criminal District Court, where he helped rehabilitate juvenile offenders. Brian also worked on dependency, neglect, and abuse cases in Bullitt County Family Court and criminal cases in Bullitt County District Court. Upon leaving the Bullitt County Attorney's office, Brian established a solo practice in Louisville, Kentucky. In 2012, Brian was selected to serve as Director of the East Kentucky GEAR UP Project, a nationally-funded effort to encourage students to prepare for and enroll in higher education. In 2015, Brian founded the Dixie Law Group, PSC, with Justin May. Brian enjoys helping people through the process of creating and establishing an estate plan. He has helped hundreds of people prepare wills and other documents. He regularly speaks to groups about the estate planning process and his passion is making sure people understand why they need certain documents for their situation and to understand what they are signing. In his free time, Brian fishes, cooks, consults for cheerleading squads, and visits with his family.

John M. Ritter

John hails from Bowling Green, Kentucky where he received a bachelor's degree in 2011 from Western Kentucky University before moving to Louisville to work in a craft brewery. After several years of brewing craft beer, John decided to pursue the practice of law and moved to Charleston, South Carolina to attend the Charleston School of Law. John soon realized his desire to practice in his home state, so he transferred to the University of Kentucky College of Law. At UK, John's peers elected him Vice-President of StreetLaw at UK, an organization he helped form, where he coordinated and taught Lexington-area high school students about their constitutional rights. John also worked with indigent clients in the UK Legal Clinic and completed an externship with the Commonwealth Attorney's Office. Today, John's areas of practice include car wrecks, slip/trip and falls, as well as insurance litigation throughout the Commonwealth. He is a member of the Kentucky Justice Association and the Kentucky Bar Association. In addition to the Commonwealth of Kentucky, John is licensed to practice in the United States District Court of the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky. John is proud to be a Louisville resident and is humbled by the opportunity to help those of his community in need. John lives in the Schnitzelburg neighborhood of Louisville. He enjoys cooking, disc golf, and frequenting local coffee shops and restaurants, as well as enjoying Kentucky bourbon (responsibly, of course).

Lindsey C. Goetz

Lindsey Goetz is a native of Belleville, Illinois. She attended the University of Missouri, graduating in 2010 with Bachelor's degrees in History and International Studies. During her time at Mizzou, she spent a year living with a family in Rome, Italy, where she studied Italian history and language. After graduation, Lindsey worked in health care for a year before attending Saint Louis University School of Law. Her experience prompted her to focus on health law and simultaneously pursue a Master's in Public Health. She completed both degrees in 2015. As a law student, she spent her 1L summer working with the prose clerks at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois. During her final year, she gained valuable litigation experience clerking for a well-known and respected plaintiff's firm in St. Louis, Missouri. She assisted with cases in the areas of class action, personal injury, and medical device liability. After law school, she worked for a year at a large defense firm focusing on employment and medical malpractice defense litigation. Lindsey joined the Dixie Law Group, PSC, in January 2017, with her focus being on personal injury law. Lindsey's prior experience of handling complex medical billing claims and defense litigation gives excellent insight to help Dixie Law Group's clients attain the best possible outcome for their case. Lindsey specializes in understanding complex medical treatment and works with health providers for our clients to maintain a clear record so a jury can understand the treatment our client went through and what future treatment the client may need. Lindsey maintains her bar admission in Missouri and Illinois and regularly practices personal injury cases in both states. Lindsey is licensed to practice law in Kentucky, Missouri, and Illinois.
