Alejandro M. Casanova has been an attorney for over 33 years. He was raised in Miami, Florida and he graduated from the University of Miami in 1982 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Brett J. Miller is the founding and managing Partner of DSK Law's Melbourne office. In addition to transactional business and real estate law, Brett practices complex commercial, civil, and appellate litigation with a general focus on business, construction, insurance, local government, and real estate matters. Since 2012, Brett has successfully represented developers, contractors, publicly traded companies, small business entities, local government agencies, and individuals to resolve disputes pre-suit, at mediation, through trial in both federal and state court, and on appeal. With respect to appellate matters, Brett has had the privilege of presenting oral argument before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and Florida's Fifth District Court of Appeal. Cameron S. Frye

Cameron Frye was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, in English from the University of Florida in 2009. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2013. While in law school, Cameron was a member of the Corporate and Securities Litigation Moot Court team and Phi Delta Phi National Honor Society. Prior to joining the firm, Cameron worked as litigation counsel for one of the largest insurance companies in the country. During that time, he gained considerable experience not only in all aspects of civil litigation, but also in representing insurance companies and large businesses. Cameron joined the firm in 2016. His practice includes complex civil litigation, insurance fraud litigation, real estate and business litigation. Outside of the firm, Cameron is involved with the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the Young Lawyers Division. Luis Felipe Gómez, Jr. was born in New York City, New York, and raised in Puerto Rico. After graduating high school in Puerto Rico, Luis attended The Ohio State University and received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Luis also has a Masters of Arts in Sociology from Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas. Luis then took radio-broadcasting classes on a whim and, while living in Houston, made a brief six-year career in Spanish language radio including producing his own radio talk show between 1982-1984. With the support of his father, who is also an attorney, Luis thus enrolled at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Ruben Laboy was born in New York City, New York. He received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University in 1980 and his Master's Degree from Michigan State University in 1982. He subsequently earned his Juris Doctorate at Rutgers University School of Law in 1993. While a law student, Ruben served as Class Representative of the Student Bar Association in 1992 and interned for the Rutgers Legal Aid Clinic, Rutgers Constitutional Law Clinic and the Rutgers Urban Legal Clinic. He also interned with Honorable Ronald Hedges, a Federal Magistrate in New Jersey. He was admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania in 1993, in New Jersey in 1994 and in Florida in 2004. Prior to attending law school, Ruben taught GED classes to economically disadvantaged youth and provided social services and counseling to abused and neglected children and teenagers. After graduating from law school, Ruben worked for Legal Aid for eight years providing legal services for indigent families. Ruben has worked at DSK Law since 2004.

Ryan H. Wisneski is a Partner in the Firm's Orlando office. Ryan was born and raised in Jupiter, Florida and received his Bachelor of Science from the Florida State University, double majoring in both Economics and English Literature. While attending FSU, Ryan served as the vice-president and treasurer of the Pre-Law Society. Ryan received his Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law in Winston-Salem, NC. Tom Neal is a native Floridian who was born and raised in Orlando. He graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan in 1982. As an undergraduate, he played football for the legendary Coach Bo Schembechler and participated in two Rose Bowls, the Gator Bowl, and the Blue Bonnet Bowl. Tom graduated from the University of Florida's College of Law in 1985. He holds the highest ranking an individual attorney can receive (AV - Preeminent) as designated by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. He has litigated numerous matters including complex commercial and construction cases; eminent domain cases; insurance defense and personal injury claims; employment, civil rights and discrimination claims; real estate contracts; corporate disputes; and many other civil matters. He has tried jury and non-jury trials in state and federal court and has extensive discovery and pre-trial experience. Tom is a member of the Trial Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar and was named to Florida Trend's Legal Elite for 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016.
