Alan is a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and has more than 8 years experience in practice, specialising in advising small to medium sized business.
He has built up his experience working in DCA since May 2012 and assists clients from incorporating their business to dealing with issues in relation to running their business on a daily basis.
Alan is also our in house company secretary specialist who assists our corporate clients with company incorporations and company restructuring..
He also assists our UK based clients both on a personal and company level with regard to company and tax legislation.

Ayelen Roger is a Business and Finance consultant at Ecovis DCA Limited. She graduated at the top of her class as a Certified Public Accountant in Ireland and a Certified Tax adviser and has over 10 years' experience in Private Practice.
With a passion for problem solving and innovation , she has built up experience across various sectors, and dealt first hand with obstacles encountered in the day to day running of operations for her clients .
Ayelen and her team specialise in helping companies of all sizes in getting their core systems working for them, enabling clients maximise the full benefits of the appropriate technology which supports their business , by automating processes, improving work flows, and implementing the correct cloud accounting software for their business needs.
Her list of achievements include the implementation of a variety of cloud accounting software for complex entities of different industries by automating processes to ensure the delivery of key performance indicators in a more timely manner to help the client make key decisions more efficiently.

Cian is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor with over 10 years practice experience advising clients on all tax related matters.
While working in Ecovis and before in a Big Four firm, Cian has had significant exposure to both Irish and international tax compliance and tax advisory through working with a wide range of multinational clients with particular focus on corporate tax compliance, corporate restructuring, tax accounting and consultancy. He has extensive experience in personal tax compliance and advisory working with private clients, sole traders and high net worth individuals. Cian has also been involved in and settled numerous Revenue audits for both corporate entities/groups and individuals.

Declan is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years Practice experience within the audit and compliance industry for both Public and Private companies .
Prior to setting up Ecovis, Declan was with a Big Four firm where he was Audit Manager with their Commercial Enterprises Team. He has made contributions towards articles with the Sunday Times and The Examiner Business section.
Declan provides accounting advice to board and audit committee members and senior finance executives of large private and regulated companies. He has been involved in the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) conversions of several private companies across many Industry sectors.

Eamonn is a highly qualified chartered accountant with over 20 years of experience in the field of accounting and bookkeeping.

He is responsible for working with business in relation to monitoring their monthly costs and revenues by producing timely monthly management accounts and KPIs

Patrick joined Ecovis DCA in September 2019 and has almost twenty years of experience gained in both the public practice and multi - national industry environments. During that time he has built considerable experience in the areas of accounts preparation, business advisory and taxation services.
Patrick is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) having qualified in 2010 and a Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) with the Irish Taxation Institute qualifying in 2019 and achieving 2nd place in Ireland overall in the Part 2 examinations.
