Brandi Miller

Brandi is a Director in EFPR Group's Tax and Business Services department. She has been with EFPR Group, LLP since 2012 and has experience across multiple industries. She manages a wide variety of tax and business service engagements for the firm and is considered one of the firm's in-house Form 990 experts. She offers a variety of business services to clients including the preparation of reviewed and compiled financial statements. She also prepares corporate, pass-through and individual tax returns as well as nonprofit informational returns. Other responsibilities include bookkeeping and providing training to staff on procedures and other technical issues.

Caleb is a Manager in EFPR Group's Tax and Business Services department and has been with Firm since 2019. Caleb offers a variety of tax services to clients. His experience includes income tax planning, compliance, and advisory services to partnerships, limited liability companies, and S corporations and the owners associated with such businesses. Many of the clients Caleb services are in the real estate or medical and professional services industries. Caleb also specialized in tax problem resolution with the IRS in addition to state and local taxing authorities. Caleb is a Certified Public Accountant(CPA), Enrolled Agent (EA), and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Caleb received his B.S. in Accounting from St. John Fisher University.

Christopher M. Johnston

Christopher M. Johnston, CPA is a Partner and Department Head in EFPR Group's Attest department. He has been with EFPR group, LLP for over twenty years serves on the firm's executive committee. Christopher's wide range of experience includes closely held businesses in manufacturing and construction, not-for profit organizations and colleges, assisted living facilities, and 401(K)/ pension plans. Christopher is a member of our private equity group. He has been involved in a number of M&A engagements including due diligence advisory services. Christopher is the Firm's AICPA Employee Benefit Audit Quality Center designated partner. In addition, he is also part of the Cannabis team and leads the attest discussions. Christopher also frequently presents on accounting changes pertaining to Nonprofits and Assisted Living organizations. He also oversees the content for the Firm's Nonprofit seminars for financial leaders. Christopher is an active SUNY Geneseo Alumni. He has been a member of the School of Business Advisory Council. Courtney S. Brock

Craig is part of the Tax and Business Services Department of EFPR Group. Craig has 37 years of experience with extensive expertise in the tax and business consultation areas Craig currently manages the Jupiter, Florida office while overseeing many of his Rochester and New York City clients. Craig is an annual speaker at the Empire State Association of Assisted Living where he is also an active board member.

Deb received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Accounting from Tusculum College in 1998 and a Master of Accountancy degree from East Tennessee State University in 2000. Gina Bliss, CPA is a Partner in EFPR Group's Tax and Business Services Department. She has over 20 years of experience in tax compliance and consulting and financial statement preparation for closely held businesses. In addition, she has several years of experience in internal auditing and risk assessments and forensic auditing and fraud investigation. Gina's experience includes tax, tax planning and consulting, financial statement preparation and business consulting for manufacturing and medical industry clients. She's also performed risk assessments and internal audits for compliance with the State Attorney General's Five Point Plan for school districts including work in the areas of capital projects and Medicaid compliance. Gina worked for several years for a small local public accounting firm. That background developed a broad base of skills for helping a small closely held business grow. She has a well-rounded understanding of the needs of a small business for everything from a good accounting system with internal controls to a good banking relationship. Gina received her B.S. in Accounting from SUNY Geneseo and her Certified Public Accountancy license in 1994. She is an alumnus of the Leadership Genesee class of 2013, a program that develops leaders for Genesee County. Heather is the Operations Manager for the Tax and Business Services Department at EFPR Group. Heather has been providing strategic leadership including Organizational Behavioral Strategy, Leadership Development, Change Management, Corporate Governance, Human Resources and Risk Management Compliance for over 15 years. Her role also includes executive management consulting, workforce development, corporate ethics, and employee conflict management.
