Alan Edwards

Mr. Edwards has more than 40 years of diverse mining industry experience. Mr. Edwards is President of AE Resources Corp. He also serves on the board of directors of Americas Gold and Silver Corporation, Arizona Sonoran Copper Company, and Elevation Gold Mining Corporation. Mr. Edwards was previously CEO of Oracle Mining Corporation, Copper One Inc. and Frontera Copper Corporation, and Senior VP Operations at the Grasberg copper mine. Mr. Edwards holds a B.Sc. in Mining Engineering and an MBA (Finance) from the University of Arizona.

Allan Moss

Mr. Moss has more than 40 years global experience in technical aspects of mining, the last 20 years of which has been focused on block caving. He is currently President of Sonal Mining Technology Inc. ("Sonal"), a company providing technical advice to the caving industry. Mr. Moss currently acts as an independent technical advisor to several companies involved in caving, including Newcrest Mining and Freeport McMoRan. Prior to Sonal, Mr. Moss held a range of senior technical management and advisory positions with the Rio Tinto Copper group with a focus on underground mining. Mr. Moss is a Chartered Engineer (UK), a registered Eur. Ing (EU) and an adjunct professor at the University of British Columbia teaching caving practices.

Duane Lo - CFO

Mr. Lo joined Entrée as Interim Chief Financial Officer effective April 1, 2016 and was appointed Chief Financial Officer effective November 1, 2016. Mr. Lo has over 17 years of experience in accounting and financial management, including 13 years in the financing, management and administration of mining operations and development projects in Brazil, Africa and other jurisdictions. He was previously the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Luna Gold Corp. and Corporate Controller for First Quantum Minerals Ltd. Mr. Lo was also employed at Deloitte in the assurance and advisory practice. He holds a Canadian Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia.

Michael Price

Dr. Price has extensive experience in mining and mining finance. He is currently a director of Galiano Gold Inc. and is the Senior Adviser and Representative of Resource Capital Funds. Dr. Price has served as Managing Director, Joint Global Head of Mining and Metals, Barclays Capital, Managing Director, Global Head of Mining and Metals, Societe Generale and Head of Resource Banking and Metals Trading, NM Rothschild and Sons. He holds B.Sc. and Ph.D. qualifications in Mining Engineering from University College Cardiff and a Mine Manager's Certificate of Competency (South Africa).

Paula Rogers

Ms. Rogers has over 25 years of experience working with Canadian-based international public companies in the areas of corporate governance, treasury, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, and tax strategy. Ms. Rogers has been an officer of several public companies including Vice President, Treasurer of Goldcorp Inc. and Treasurer of Wheaton River Minerals Ltd., where she was responsible for the financing and tax structuring of several significant transactions. She also held various senior finance positions in corporate reporting, tax, and treasury at Finning International Inc. over a period of nine years. Ms. Rogers is currently Chair of Diversified Royalty Corp., and also serves on the board of directors of Hudbay Minerals Inc. and Argonaut Gold Inc. Ms. Rogers is a graduate of the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and holds a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant designation.

Stephen Scott - CEO, President

Mr. Scott has more than 30 years global experience in all mining industry sectors. Prior to joining Entrée he held various global operational and corporate executive positions with Rio Tinto Ltd. and RGC Ltd. Mr. Scott currently sits on the board of directors of Atalaya Mining PLC and has previously served on the board of directors of several public mining companies.

Susan McLeod

Ms. McLeod joined the Company as Vice President, Legal Affairs on September 22, 2010. Ms. McLeod has been practicing law in Vancouver, Canada since 1997. She has worked as outside counsel to public companies engaged in international mineral exploration and mining. She has advised clients with respect to corporate finance activities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and continuous disclosure matters, and mining-related commercial agreements. Ms. McLeod holds a B.Sc. and an LLB from the University of British Columbia, and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia.
