Expert Consultations, LLC was founded in 2016 by Brad Elkins, a licensed Professional Engineer and nationally-certified Building Commissioning Professional with more than 30 years experience in analysis, commissioning, design, and construction testing. Mr. Elkins has multiple degrees in Engineering Technology and Construction and has worked in both design and construction firms ranging in size from eight people to over 500 people. In addition to performing as a mechanical engineer Mr. Elkins has successful experience as a Principal, Project Manager, Expert Witness, and Commissioning Agent... At Expert Consultations we have a successful track record assisting Building Owners, Architects, and Contractors in realizing this result even with restricted budgets or accelerated schedules... ​We also provide expert witness services with the belief that thorough analysis is the best path to the truth and success in litigation.
