Bill has over 25 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, where he has led sales, quality and operational teams. Bill was President and CEO of Ventiv Pharma Services , responsible for Patient Assistance, Reimbursement, Pharmaceutical Sample Management and Drug Distribution businesses. Before his role at Ventiv, Bill co-founded Franklin Group's, Inc. a service provider to the pharmaceutical industry in Patient Assistance, Reimbursement and Sample Management. Franklin Groups client list included Top Ten Pharma as well as other large and small-sized manufacturers. Bill spent 20 years at Hoechst where he held various positions including R&D Director and Vice President of Sales and Marketing Operations.
Bill's broad technology background includes data warehouse and database architecture; application, system and process design; technology and infrastructure management; and project management. Bill has led projects to create technologies utilized by top pharmaceutical companies and third parties. Bills past technologies include creating a data repository for Health Care Professional identification and matching. Bill was a founder of Tetra-Solutions where he implemented Consumer, Retail, Medical Market Research and Media Research technology solutions.
Chau has over 25 years of experience in product development, technology, sales and marketing. Chau's roles prior to Firefly focused on product development in compliance related areas of the Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Medical Device Industries. Chau served as Vice President at Advanced Health Media where she focused on the company's Product Strategy and Development as part of the company's executive leadership team. While at AHM, she also had responsibility for the product implementation and program management of new client programs. At Franklin Group, she served as Vice President of Technology and Quality. Chau directed a team of in-country and off-shore resources that developed new technologies and supported clients in Sample Accountability and Patient Assistance Programs. Chau also held the role Director of Sales and Marketing at inVentiv Health.
Mike has an extensive background in Technology, Technology Management, and Media & Marketing Research. He has worked for respected companies such as Hewlett Packard, The NPD Group, Nielsen, and Ipsos in technical, marketing and CIO capacities. Mike was also founder of Tetra-Solutions, a Technology Solutions company focused in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Mike has built and managed sizable market research data production and reporting organization on a global level in addition to his IT organizations. In doing so, he has hired key management and operations staff as well as implemented effective processes to meet the needs of his Fortune 500 clients. As a consultant, he has reviewed operations of mid to large companies and made many recommendations to improve his client's quality of the deliverables as well as operational efficiencies.
