Christian Taylor

Christian graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology in 2016 with a Bachelor's of Science in Architecture. He then worked in the field of architecture, also gaining experience in the tile/carpet, machine manufacturing and cooking industries. Christian has a knack for learning new things and an eagerness to help people, and is already diving into all the insurance world has to offer! In his spare time, he enjoys learning and playing musical instruments, illustrating cartoons, and frequent visits to the local skate park.

Dale Cassino

Dale Cassino is a licensed Personal Lines Account Manager at Foster Sullivan. Dale joined the team in June 2013, and brings over 15 years of Personal Lines experience. Her extensive knowledge of the insurance industry, as well as attention to detail, enables her to assist you in obtaining the most cost-effective policies based on your individual needs. Prior to the insurance industry, Dale worked in banking for over 18 years and her last position was as an Assistant Treasurer at a small community bank. She has always loved working with the public and providing top quality customer service. Dale currently lives in Tewksbury, MA with her husband, Mark. She is a proud grandmother who enjoys spending time with her family. Dale volunteers her time on the Board of Directors for her condominium association.

Jessica A. Calisi

A career-long service professional, Jessica is adept at delivering top tier professional service to her clients as she has throughout her career. Jessica joined Foster Sullivan in early 2014. Prior to joining Foster Sullivan Jessica learned the true meaning and definition of service - at its highest level - as a member of the Nordstrom management team for years. Her background also spans 20+ years in the financial industry including managing the accounting department for a $40M entity as well as a closer/funder for a mortgage company. The combination of Jessica's top tier customer service and financial knowledge enables her to assist her clients in fulfilling their insurance needs. Jessica grew up in Wakefield and currently resides in Haverhill with her husband and two children. Jessica is an active member of the ASPCA and the Alzheimer's Association.

John Dussault

John is a Quality Manager and Commercial Account Manager here at Foster Sullivan Insurance Group. He works on maintaining the Agency Management System, reporting, invoicing, endorsements, agency/carrier interface automation, certificates of insurance and claims. John enjoys the rapid paced, team orientated atmosphere at Foster Sullivan Insurance Group. He welcomes the opportunity to build strong relationships with his customers by providing total customer satisfaction via timely responses and accurate resolution to all customer requests. Prior to joining Foster Sullivan Insurance Group, John spent 25 years in the information management industry, specializing in Disaster Recovery, Safety & Security and Internal Auditing. John currently resides in North Andover with his wife and two children. He enjoys coaching North Andover Youth Football and Youth Baseball.

Karen Bramwell

Karen joined Foster Sullivan in 2008 as a licensed insurance agent and CIC. She proudly serves the Northeast Region in her natural ability to create strong, trustworthy working relationships with her clients by providing insurance solutions for their business. Prior to joining Foster Sullivan, Karen served as Human Resource Liaison for Client Services and Broker Operations at Putnam Investments. She also owned and operated a Steel Erecting Construction Company for 6 years. Karen's work experience brings an immense amount of understanding and knowledge to the Insurance process from an owner's perspective. Karen primarily focuses on the demolition, asbestos abatement and concrete cutting industries. She has become the insurance expert for these contractors by surrounding herself with industry experts such as industrial hygienists, vermiculite experts, EPA, OSHA and Government employees who specialize in this field. She is continuously improving her knowledge by obtaining all education either from the NDA (National Demolition Association) or through her Mass Agent Board. Karen also has spearheaded MICA (Members of Independent Contractors Association) with the help of her demolition and abatement clients to help educate, train and promote safety within the Independent Circle of contractors in this industry. Karen is currently an active member of the National Demolition Association, she has served on the Northeast Human Resource Association board, held Presidency at Mill City BNI, and currently sits on the Hanover Advisory Committee. She has been a life-long resident of North Andover, MA where she is raising her three children. Karen graduated from the University of Hartford with a bachelor's degree in business management. Karen holds a certificate of Human Resources / Organizational Development Graduate degree from the University of New Hampshire. She is currently in the process of obtaining her CRM.

Lisa Lariviere

She is intimately familiar with her clients' business needs and personnel, and has a well established reputation for premium concierge-level service delivery. Lisa prides herself on always putting the client first. Even though she is actively trying to get the best rates for everyone, she dedicates herself to obtaining the most appropriate coverage for the business needs of that particular client. Lisa has been with the Foster Sullivan Insurance Group for over 12 years, excelling at a variety of positions before assuming her current role as manager of agency operations. Prior to her current role, Lisa was in the banking industry rising to branch manager of a local institution. She has a career long commitment to top notch client service that is unparalleled in the insurance agency community. In her free time, Lisa is extensively engaged in various associations supporting quality animal care & treatment.

Mary Ellen McQuate

Mary Ellen is the Administrative Manager at Foster Sullivan Insurance. She came to our agency in 2012 after spending 10 years as a Real Estate Paralegal and then taking time off to raise her children. She graduated from The University of Lowell with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice. Mary Ellen also received her Paralegal Certification from Bentley University.

Michael Lescord

Michael Lescord is an Insurance Agent for Foster Sullivan Insurance Group. Michael joined Foster Sullivan in 2011 and has worked closely with his current clients on cost effective risk management solutions for their business needs. Prior to joining Foster Sullivan, Michael worked for many years in the human service industry and as a result really enjoys working with people. The very personal nature of an Insurance Agent and the regular interactions with his clients is what he enjoys most. At Foster Sullivan, Michael specializes in commercial insurance for businesses including workers compensation, liability, property coverage, business auto and umbrella. He is also well versed in solutions for business that have special insurance requirements such as: Professional Liability, Cargo Coverage, Inland Marine, Bonds and more. Although Michael can perform a risk assessment for nearly any business need, he has a specialty niche within the Construction, Transportation/Livery Transport and Distribution sectors. As such, he's well versed on the specific coverages, go-to carriers and claims experiences within these sectors. Michael currently resides in Bradford, MA with his wife and two children. He volunteers regularly for the Haverhill YMCA and numerous Haverhill sports leagues.
