Jonna Damiano

Born and raised in Spokane, Jonna graduated from Eastern Washington University with a degree in Finance. She began her career as a Financial Advisor shortly after graduation in 1996. She loved the idea of creating solutions for people and building trusted, long-term relationships. Following her clients' life paths and researching the numerous financial products and concepts that fit their situation best makes her career so rewarding for Jonna. As an Advisor, Jonna holds the securities registrations 7 and 66 through LPL Financial as well as insurance licenses. She also earned her Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP) designation in October 2015. Jonna is married with 3 children: A daughter who is attending WSU, and two boys in high school. Attending their football games and other activities keeps their family busy. She is also the treasurer for their high school Booster Club.

Lacey Kerr - COO

Lacey joined Fulcrum Financial Group in April of 2017 as the Director of Operations. Lacey works to enhance office efficiency while building on team dynamics and continuing to grow Fulcrum's high level of customer service. Having spent several years managing restaurants in the Spokane area, meeting and excelling client expectations is second nature to her. Lacey received her undergraduate degree and MBA from Whitworth University, where she was an all-conference collegiate softball player. Lacey has lived in Spokane her entire life and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. She is an avid bowler in her free time and can also be found skiing the slopes of Schweitzer as well as her backyard hill, Mt. Spokane.

Megan Holcomb

Megan joined Fulcrum Financial Group as the Administrative Marketing Assistant in July of 2023. She graduated from Eastern Washington University with her undergraduate degree in Communication Studies and Marketing. Having worked all throughout college and through marketing-focused coursework at EWU, Megan has grown her skills and has focused on helping local small businesses grow and thrive through effective marketing strategies. She is also social and people-centered, with a passion for working with and helping others. Megan has lived in Spokane for her entire life and graduated from Shadle Park High School. She is extremely family-oriented, being lucky enough to have all of her family close by. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dog Chip, reading, trying new restaurants, and traveling.

Travis Messinger

An Eastern Washington native, Travis obtained his degree in Economics with an emphasis in Financial Markets from Washington State University. Soon after getting married, and upon becoming debt-free, Travis' bride recalled his thoughtful analysis and the steps he took to expedite the payoff. With this in mind, she encouraged him to transition his career from traditional banking to financial planning.
