I would love to help your child learn the tools to overcome these struggles as well... My experience in working with children, youth, and families in crisis and extensive training in trauma-informed care cause me to be attuned to the unique needs of those experiencing acute stress. I also work with adults experiencing symptoms of depression and/or anxiety.
