Attorney Deb Bess Urbaitis received her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University in 1993. She spent several years teaching 5th graders at an Outdoor Education Center in east Texas and raft guiding in North Carolina and Tennessee. She then earned her Juris Doctorate from Franklin Pierce Law Center. Attorney Urbaitis specializes in Estate Planning, Business and Family Law and has assisted clients with a variety of legal matters.

Seth Greenblott

Seth Greenblott is a Member and one of the founding Partners of Greenblott & O'Rourke, PLLC. Over the course of his career, Seth has enjoyed a diverse practice including maritime and admiralty law, civil litigation, and business law. He has successfully litigated cases at all levels of the New Hampshire State trial Courts and in the Federal Courts in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts, as well as on appeal before the New Hampshire Supreme Court and the 1st Circuit Court of Appeals. Today, Seth's practice focuses almost exclusively on representing businesses and business owners. In addition to his legal practice, Seth is an entrepreneur and leverages his own experience in business for the benefit of his clients. He represents businesses across sectors including banking, manufacturing, sports and entertainment, professional services, transportation, real estate, and retail-among many others. Seth is the founder of the KCNT1 Epilepsy Foundation, Inc. and the past President and current Chair of its Board of Directors. He is also a former Board Member and current Alumni Barrister of the Daniel Webster-Batchelder American Inns of Court, a former member and current alternate member of the Hopkinton Zoning Board of Appeals, a current member and past president of the Hopkinton Rotary Club, and an active member of both the Concord and Contoocook Chambers of Commerce. Seth lives in Hopkinton, New Hampshire, with his wife, Susan, and their two daughters, Sally and Lucy.

Stacy Bull

Stacy's diverse background as a paralegal serves as a balance to all the attorneys she supports as well as the team she leads, and most importantly the needs of our clients. Stacy attended Keene State College and earned her Paralegal Certificate at Hesser College. Stacy's career in the legal field spans over several years. She began working part-time while attending school, then hired full time at Devine, Millimet. She worked for a sole practitioner for a few years, then moved on to the small firm of Devine & Nyquist, gaining broad experience in various practice areas. Other employers include Shaheen & Gordon, P.A.; the State of NH Department of Transportation under the Commissioner in the Office of Policy and Administration and Federal Compliance; she also worked with the now Superior Court Judge, Diane Nicolosi and Attorney Greg Swope at their former boutique firm of Swope & Nicolosi. A native of NH, she lives with her husband in Bow. She has a son and daughter-in-law in Dover. She volunteers with the NH Audubon and BreatheNH. She spends her free time outdoors, manicuring her flower and vegetable gardens, walking, hiking, and kayaking.
