Jeanmarie Kapp

Job Titles:
  • Chief Operating Officer / Renaissance Realty Group
Jeanmarie joined TRC in 1990 and serves as the Chief Operating Officer. She oversees all company operations, providing direct guidance and policy creation for Human Resources, IT, Accounting and Property Management tasked with setting standards and ensuring performance of company divisions. She acts as Project Manager for the company's development projects, bringing together the design, engineering, and construction teams to effectively produce excellent quality on or under budget. Throughout her career, Jeanmarie Kapp has served a number of charitable organizations, most notably military charities. She was the founding President of Honor Flight Chicago, a group dedicated to bringing WWII veterans to Washington, DC for a day of honor. She has also served with Freedom Calls and was a founding member of We-Do-Care. She lives in Central Oregon.

Laura Vasquez

Laura Vasquez is an energetic and dedicated Renaissance team member. She joined Renaissance in 2013 and was promoted several times, rising to Executive Assistant by 2016. She has a depth of experience in affordable housing, LIHTC, residential leasing/management. She's added Transaction Coordinator to her responsibilities as she's now assisting the Oregon sales team. A confirmed animal lover, Laura is a supporter of PAWS in Chicago. She especially enjoys reading and family gatherings. She is a Licensed Property Manager in the State of Oregon and a Licensed Leasing Agent in the State of Illinois.

Renee Halpin

Renee Halpin brings decades of broker and sales experience to Renaissance. She joined in 2018 to lead Project Coordination and Investor Services. She is very familiar with the sales cycle and what buyers and sellers need to meet their goals. Starting her real estate career at the headquarters of the National Association of Realtors, Renee has worked as a successful broker in the busy suburban Chicago market before moving to pharmaceutical sales, where she spent several years building substantive relationships with her physician clients. Wanting to get back to where she feels most at home, Renee is happily once again working with buyers and sellers, managing transactions, researching market data, crafting presentations and supporting our clients with her years of experience. Renee lives in suburban Chicago with her family, and is an avid fitness enthusiast and believes strongly in a healthy lifestyle, especially how it translates to better living. With friends and family, she's most happy outdoors and enjoying biking, walking and exploring lakefronts and finding the best restaurants.

Suzanna Fierstos

Suzanna is a highly organized, strategic thinking real estate broker. She has worked extensively with complex contracts and is detailed and thorough, putting you at ease when negotiating. Her transition to real estate comes after decades of active involvement in the Central Oregon community and an opportunity born out of a business relationship with real estate developers Nancy Kapp and Jeanmarie Kapp. Paired with the deep knowledge and experience of Renaissance Realty Group, you will be confident in your home buying journey with Suzanna by your side. She is an avid supporter and collaborates with several local non profits such as the St. Charles Foundation and Saving Grace and an active participant in local Business Chambers. During her spare time, she bikes one of the many trails, hikes Smith Rock, runs her huskies in the Canyon, skis Mt. Bachelor or paddle boards and floats the Deschutes with her family and friends.
