Demont "King Gynesis" Pope is an unlikely entrepreneurs' success story. Born poor in the city of Atlanta, GA in 1984, he was introduced to what would soon become a lifelong battle against adversities when he experienced the death of his paternal twin sister, Debrina. In addition to being detached from the person closest to him, he had to endure the harsh poverty stricken conditions of growing up in the 1980s and 1990s without the presence of his biological father. Due to financial struggles, his mother had to relocate quite often, causing him to have to change schools more times than an average child his age. Having attended six different elementary schools and two different middle schools, he still managed to graduate in the top 10% of his class from Alonzo A. Crim High School in 2002, in spite of the dropout rate being higher than the graduation rate... After high school, Demont joined the United States Air Force where he was identified as having a natural gift to lead...
