Dr. Olutoyin Okeowo is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Metropolitan Motors Ltd. He has a wide range of experience having served on the board of several companies, including VT Leasing Limited, Meyer Plc., Greenwich Trustees Limited, Funds Electronic Transfer Systems Limited, Kabelmetal Nigeria Plc., Oasis Insurance Plc and TMJ Properties Limited. He started his career as a lecturer in the faculty of Business Administration, University of Lagos before he resigned to join the family business in 1986.
Dr. Okeowo is the Chairman of the Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN) and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the University College Hospital (UCH) Ibadan Foundation. He is a member of the Governing Council of several institutions including the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Ajayi Crowther University, Oyo State and Immanuel College of Theology, Ibadan. In recognition for his unwavering and outstanding dedication to the service, in 2019, he was conferred the honorary degree of Doctor of Science (D.Sc) Business Administration by Ajayi Crowther University.
He holds a master's degree in Management Science and Technology from the University of Wales, UK, Institute of Science and Technology. He is an alumnus of Lagos Business School and a Fellow of the Institute of Directors of Nigeria (IOD).

Certified Corporate Director and a Fellow of the Institute of Directors (IOD), Dr Umar is an alumnus of Insead Institute, and Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria where he obtained his Bachelor and Masters degrees in Education and Educational Psychology in 1976 and 1979 respectively. He also obtained his Doctorate degree in Educational Psychology from University of Wisconsin, USA, in 1987.
Dr. Umar started his working carrier at the School of Preliminary Studies, Kano as a Lecturer in 1977. Between 1983 and 1984, he served as the Permanent Secretary, Special Duties, with Kano State Government and later worked as Manager, Research and Educational Services, at Kano State Foundation from 1988 to 1991. A Boardroom guru, Dr. Umar had served as a member on the Boards of Ashaka Cement Plc, Union Homes Savings and Loans Plc , CCNN Plc ,1004 Estates Limited and Nahco Plc among others. He is currently the Chairman , Board of Governors , Pearls Awards Nigeria .
Dr. Umar was a member of several Audit Committees and now serves on the Audit Committees of Seplat Plc , and Nascon Plc .
Dr Umar has attended several Executive courses organized by Euro Money Solutions and a course on Accounting and Finance for Non - accounting Executives at Stanford University in the USA .Dr Umar was a member, Finance Committee, Vision 20:2020 and also a member of the Committee that reviewed the Investment and Securities Act , as well as the Committee that reviewed the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA )and Trustees Investment Act (TIA).
Dr. Umar was the National President of Rumfa Old Boys Association from 2009-2011 and currently the President of the ABC/ABU Alumni Association He currently holds the title of Babalaje of Inisa Land. Dr Umar has also been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Nigerian Exchange Limited.

Femi G Aderibigbe has over 25 years' experience in Information Technology working with frontline organisations and specialising in strategic business process improvements, digital automation and generating revenue growth. Serving as the Group Chief Information Officer in charge of Digital Transformation and Information Technology, he is responsible for formulating and implementing strategies that promote efficiencies and enhance internal and external customers' experience within the Greenwich Merchant Bank Group, leveraging on modern IT tools.
Prior to joining Greenwich Merchant Bank, he was the Country Chief Information Officer/Divisional Director, Technology at AXA Mansard Insurance PLC. (member of AXA Group). He also served as Chief Information Officer at Keystone Bank and Fidelity Bank PLC respectively and Managing Director/CEO at Chams Consortium (member of Chams Group).
Femi plays a crucial role in ensuring that digital efforts are aligned with Greenwich Merchant Bank technology and innovation strategy, with a strong focus on cybersecurity, stability and innovation.
He holds both masters and bachelor's degrees in Computer Science obtained from the University of Lagos.
Wale holds a Higher National Diploma from Polytechnic Ibadan, B.Sc degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brooks University, United Kingdom and M.Sc degree in Finance from University of Leicester, United Kingdom. He is a seasoned Financial Analyst and Accountant with almost two decades of banking experience spanning Banking Operations, Internal Control, Internal Audit, Financial Control and Risk Management.
Ayobami is a seasoned Enterprise Risk Management professional with 15 years experience. He led the team that reviewed the internal audit of a leading commercial bank in April 2012 and was involved in the implementation of risk-based internal audit framework for institutions in Nigeria while he was in the employment of Deloitte & Touche.
Before joining Greenwich Trust Limited, Ayobami was an Assistant Manager at the Risk Advisory Practice of Deloitte Nigeria where he led teams that provided risk-based internal audit services to a number of commercial banks between December 2011 and October 2014, including internal audit transformation. Prior to joining Deloitte in December 2011, Ayobami was a Team Lead in the Internal Audit Department of Stanbic IBTC Bank PLC.

Benson Ogundeji is a consummate banker with over 30 years' experience in various banks in Nigeria, including Nigerian American Merchant Bank Limited, MBC International Bank Limited, First Bank of Nigeria PLC, Guaranty Trust Bank PLC, Ecobank Nigeria Limited and Greenwich Merchant Bank.
Prior to his joining Greenwich as an Executive Director, he was a General Manager at Ecobank and at various times, acted as the Business Head of Corporate Bank at Ecobank. He was also a Regional Account Manager with responsibility for account management across Africa with direct responsibility and oversight for several Relationship Managers within the Ecobank Group.
Benson has at various times been a member of the Annual Dinner, Membership, Strategy and Finance, and Annual Election Committees of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.

Mr. Kayode Falowo, a seasoned Investment Banker, is the promoter of Greenwich Merchant Bank ("GMB"). He founded Greenwich Trust Limited and served as the firm's Group Managing Director/CEO for 27 years up till his retirement in February 2020. Thereafter he promoted Greenwich Merchant Bank by capitalising and converting the firm's operation to a bank.
He holds a BSc. (Hons) in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife) Oyo State in 1982 and an MBA (Finance) from the University of Benin.
He was a Council member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange and once served as the Chairman of the Capital Market Committee on Products and Business Development. He currently sits on the Board of the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) Plc., where he is also the Chairman of the Rules Committee.
Kayode Falowo is an active member of numerous professional and industry associations. He is a distinguished Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, a Fellow of the Association of Investment Advisers and Portfolio Managers, a Fellow of the Association of Pension Funds of Nigeria, and a Fellow of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria. He is also a member of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group, the Lagos Chamber of Commerce & Industry, the Institute of Directors (IoD) Nigeria, the Institute of Management Consultants, and the Nigerian Institute of Management.
He has in the recent past served as Chairman of the Association of Issuing Houses of Nigeria (AIHN), a member of the Technical Committee of the National Council on Privatisation, member of the sub-committee on the Extractive Industry of the Bureau of Public Enterprises and a member of the National Bond Steering Committee.

Kenneth Ero is a consummate Investment Banker with 20 years' experience spanning different industries having worked as support services provider, member, lead and chief orchestrator on several major transactions across the public and private sectors and on niche spheres, such as, debt and equity financing, capital structuring and restructuring, equity finance, bonds, mergers, acquisitions, divestments as well as financial advisory and syndication.
He has been and remains an important protagonist in several local and foreign oriented landmark transactions in the Nigerian Capital Markets and Investment Banking space in the last 12 to 15 years.

Rasaq Alawode is an experienced Audit, Governance, Risk and Compliance Professional with a demonstrated history of working in the banking industry. He obtained his first degree in Accounting at the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. He has over 13 years' financial services experience which cuts across banking, pension administration and asset management businesses.
Before joining Greenwich Merchant Bank, he was a Senior Manager in the Internal Audit Department at Rand Merchant Bank, Nigeria. He has also worked in other international financial institutions, including Standard Chartered Bank and Stanbic IBTC Bank, with primary responsibilities of providing assurance to the businesses using risk-based internal audit methodology on internal control systems in the various business functions/areas and jurisdictions.
Rasaq is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with an IIA certificate in Internal Audit and Business Risk.
