Betsy Foster joined The Hartford Courant in 2002 bringing with her large account sales experience from NCR Corporation and Preferred Printing. While at the Courant, Betsy has worked on the Major Accounts team specializing in creative solution selling in the Arts/ Entertainment, Major Retail and Advocacy categories. Most recently, Betsy has become an Account Manager on the Premium Accounts team where she uses a consultative approach to help larger advertisers achieve their KPI's through cross platform strategies. Betsy has been consistently recognized throughout her sales career as a top producer. In her free time, Betsy enjoys exploring the outdoors, animals of all kinds, and most importantly her 3 children.

Brad Chaffee is the New Business Development Manager for the Hartford Courant Media Group in Hartford Connecticut. Brad works with hundreds of clients throughout the region to help market and promote themselves through the Hartford Courant's extensive audience. With more than 20 years of solid marketing, digital and print experience, delivering profitable and creative solutions to drive sales, attract and maintain customers, and build a solid brand for his clients. Specialties include enhancing corporate marketability through electronic and print marketing tools as well as effective corporate messaging. Brad's has earned a reputation for being enthusiastic, efficient, and hands-on.
Outside the office, Brad enjoys travel, golf and hockey. He is also an Executive Board Member of his local Chamber of Commerce and supports many local charities.

Janely Ortiz has been with the Hartford Courant since 2016 as a member of the client services team. She has grown significantly during her time with HCMG as a Sales Engineer and now as an Account Manager. With her background in customer service and campaign management, Janely has worked with a broad range of advertisers and taken on their challenges and goals as her own, determined to give all of her accounts the strongest digital results and exposure. Janely has partnered with many of the account executives, gained tremendous media knowledge and built strong relationships. She enjoys learning everyday and the opportunity to be a part of the success of each and every client. When Janely is not delivering her clients, outstanding results, she is spending time with her 8 year old son, Jaime.

Mary Lou Stoneburner began her career at The Hartford Courant as a local retail account executive. Stoneburner's sales success and leadership resulted in her ascending roles in advertising sales management including retail sales manager, classified sales manager, assistant classified director, classified director, Senior advertising director and most recently VP of Advertising. Stoneburner has a provided strategic vision during the course of her career. She has built integrated sales teams, implemented new products, and managed successful business operations for print, online and multimedia.

Susan Massa has lived in Connecticut her entire life. She joined the Hartford Courant in 1977, and has spent her entire career working in the Advertising department. Her passion it to provide the best possible customer service for both her internal partners as well as her clients.
