Andrea "Andi" Haugland

Andrea "Andi" Haugland grew up on the family farm near Crosby, North Dakota, and graduated from Divide County High School. Andi, as we fondly call her, attended Mankato School of Auctioneering in 2016. She is currently attending North Dakota State University and majoring in Agricultural Business. This sweet and a ‘lil bit sassy auctioneer and bid caller has the true Haugland girl traits! She also loves athletics, values faith, family and farming, and has a heart of gold.

Betty Brown

Betty Brown grew up near Bismarck, North Dakota, but, in 1987 she and her husband Keith moved to Crosby and that is where they raised their four children. Betty works as the clerk technician for the Divide County Soil Conservation District. Both Keith and Betty have been actively involved in the Divide County Fair and 4-H programs for many years. Growing up on the farm, she knows her tools and equipment well, always handy and able to help wherever needed. She can be found clerking, cashiering or bid calling at auction sales. Betty jumps in whenever work needs to be done, and can outwork just about anyone. Betty spends much of her spare time with her grandkids and enjoys the outdoors. She has a great laugh and good heart!

Butch Haugland

Butch Haugland grew up on the family farm near Crosby, North Dakota. He attended NDSU and received his Bachelors and Masters degrees in Agricultural Education. Butch taught Agricultural Education and served as an FFA instructor for 32 years. Butch has always had a passion for agriculture and has operated a family-farm and ranch since the early 1970's. Diane Haugland grew up in Kenmare, North Dakota. She and Butch have been married for more than 35 years and reside near Ambrose, North Dakota. Gary Rust

Gary Rust is from Fortuna, North Dakota, and prior to working with Haugland's Action Auction was a self-proclaimed "auction junkie!" He anxiously awaits auction days because he loves auctions so much. He is a hard worker and valued on our team by all members. Gary has two grown children and several grandchildren. Gary serves on community boards, including the Western Area Water Supply. He works in a variety of capacities for the Fortuna community, including taking care of the needs of the Fortuna Port of Entry. Keith Brown

Known as "Mr. Fix-it" to our staff, Keith Brown sometimes gets called upon for the dirty jobs and grunt work. He can start any piece of equipment, whether a lawn mower, tractor or anything else. Originally from Baldwin, North Dakota, Keith and his wife Betty have resided in Crosby since 1987. For 33 years, Keith worked as the Divide County Extension Agent. Kevin Rust

Kevin Rust hails from a town so small it's basically just him and his family! He hails from Alkabo, ND (or "Rustville" as they like to call it), and enjoys sports, family, joking around, and auctions. He is very personable and has a good time whatever he is doing! Kevin attends Montana State University in Bozeman and is majoring in Business Finance. He graduated from auction school in 2017 and is a great addition to the auction staff.

Marilyn Andrick

Marilyn Andrick hails from Crosby, North Dakota, where she raised her three children. She is now a proud grandmother and enjoys spending time with her family. Marilyn is the business office manager for the St. Luke's Medical Center. She has been the cashier for Haugland's Action Auction for nearly 25 years. When you go to check out, Marilyn's great smile will greet you, as she is a kind soul who loves interacting with our customers. But, it's also "business" with Marilyn, and she certainly can keep all of the guys in line! Her solid moral compass make her a strong woman component of our team.

Paige (Haugland) Uran
