Exceptional user experience, focus on product design esthetics and business objectives are my key principles. I specialise in problem-solving, building information architecture, defining target user personas, foreseeing all possible user flows and any obstacles they may meet... As a UX UI designer for more than 12 years I've been working with leading companies from the United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Lithuania, Israel, and all over the world. Currently, I've designed more than 200 projects which are used by people globally... My design decisions are always driven by data: one on one user interviews, surveys and usability tests, best practices and respectable researches. Furthermore, through many years I've gathered experience in web and mobile development, animation and design interactions and also working in agile or lean management environments. I have also managed several large projects from start to end and led various size teams.
