Kent P. Saxby

Kent graduated from Walla Walla University with a Business Degree (Accounting emphasis) in 1977, and earned a Certified Public Accounting (CPA) certificate the following year when he started law school at the University of Montana. In 1981, he graduated from law school and then became a member of the Montana Bar. In 1984, Kent became associated with Johnson, Berg & Saxby, PLLP, which law firm was then known as Warden, Christiansen, Johnson & Berg. Beginning in 1989, he became a partner in the law firm, and he continued as a partner in the firm until his retirement as a partner at the end of 2020. Since 2020, he has remained affiliated with Johnson, Berg & Saxby on an "Of Counsel" basis. Kent's legal practice primarily involved small business matters, real estate and other transactional matters, and tax, estates, trusts, and estate planning matters. Kevin H. Ness

Kevin was born and raised in Richfield, Minnesota. He obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Geography from the University of Minnesota in 2017. He then went on to law school at the University of Montana, where he was an editor on the Montana Law Review. Kevin has been fortunate to have a wide-array of legal experience across the State of Montana: he worked for two years at West Law Firm in Billings, Montana as an intern; he worked for the Cascade County Attorney's Office as an extern; and clerked as a clinical intern for the Honorable Donald W. Molloy of the United States District Court for the District of Montana. After law school, Kevin clerked for the Honorable Amy Eddy of the Eleventh Judicial District Court here in Flathead County. If you can't find him at the office, he is most likely on the golf course, at Big Mountain, or on one of Northwest Montana's many trails.

Paul furthered his education, receiving his LL.M. in Taxation in 1991 from the University of Florida.
