Adriana Ruiz joined J.K. Mining Corporation in September 2013 as Chief Financial Officer. She previously worked for Kinross Gold Corporation and Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex). She has extensive financial and accounting experience spanning more than 15 years in a number of different management positions across Kinross and Pemex. Ms. Ruiz holds a Masters in Accounting from the Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Alejandro Gustavo Antonio recently joined J.K. Mining Corporation as Corporate Secretary and General Counsel. He is an Ecuadorian national with vast experience in both assisting multinational corporations' operations in Ecuador and in the Ecuadorian natural resources sector. Over his 35 years of experience he has worked for clients including Telefonica Movistar, Lafarge Cementos, McDonald's Ecuador and Bayer. Mr. Antonio holds a law degree and a Masters in Economics from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador.

Enrico Jimenez helped to found J.K. Mining Corporation and has been Chairman and Chief Operations Officer since the company's inception. Before helping to establish J.K. Mining Corporation, he worked for Inmet Mining and Endeavour Mining, gaining vast experience working on projects in locations throughout Europe, South America and Africa. Mr. Carsten holds a B.Sc. in Materials Engineering from the University of Alberta.

Before helping to establish J.K. Mining Corporation, Gregory Kensington worked for Freeport-McMoRan for 18 years in total during two stints with the company, during which time he held various middle and senior management positions. He also worked for Rio Tinto Minerals for 5 years, holding leadership roles in their gold and copper mining operations. Mr. Kensington holds a B.Sc. in Mining and Minerals Engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from the University of Colorado.
