In his roles as a Global Senior Executive as well as a member of various Board of Director/Board of Advisor positions, David noticed a disturbing trend in executive recruiting and promotions. That trend was a high failure rate among many executives within 12-24 months of transitioning into their new role. Thus Leader Onboard was formed to help these Executives transition successfully and improve the ROI of the hiring Company.
