We work in close contact with most markets in the UK and have progressed into many species from various European countries in the last 15 years... We are based in Aberdeen and deal only in wild species with the exception of Scottish farmed salmon. Wild salmon is available from June until September... There is only a minimum 40 kilo order for fresh fish to most arrival points in Europe We also export frozen fish and most of our fresh fish can be frozen to order
