Bringing a wealth of experience from a highly regarded career that has spanned the Mining & Construction, Rail, Marine, and Oil & Gas industries, Chris Webb is the HSE Manager at Melchor Contracting.
In a rapidly growing company, Chris is responsible for the expansion and development of the HSE team and oversees that all Melchor Contracting business units are supported to perform their work safely and efficiently. A dynamic leader, Chris monitors the implementation, update, review and audit of company HSE systems and processes to ensure compliance. He works closely with site and office-based teams, collating data and preparing reports to inform the Executive Leadership Team and communicate change within the business.
In addition to ensuring the physical safety of the team, Chris is a passionate mental wellness advocate and creates a working environment that acknowledges personal experience. Melchor Contracting's empathic culture attracted Chris to the HSE Manager role, observing the level of commitment the leadership team delivers to people under adverse circumstances. As said by Chris, "Every second we listen, every second we talk, every time we offer support, it helps."

Founding Director of Melchor Pty Ltd, Craig is also a Partner of Mitchell River Group, Chief Executive Officer of Verona Capital Pty Ltd and Chairs a number of Boards across many diverse industries.
A corporate Solicitor, with over 25 years of experiences in the natural resources sector and managing publicly listed companies. With a track record of providing corporate and financial backing to successful resource projects and technical teams, Craig has undertaken financing activities for resource projects located in Australia, southern Africa, Southeast Asia and central Europe, covering gold, nickel, copper, oil, gas and diamonds.
Craig is a co-founder of two ASX 200 companies: Mirabela Nickel Ltd and Panoramic Resources Ltd, and is an active investor in emerging ventures and businesses with a focus on the oil and gas, mining and resource service sectors. He is Executive Chairman of Transerv Energy Ltd and a Non-Executive Director of Capital Drilling Ltd.

With over 20 years' experience within the construction industry, Dylan started his career with trade beginnings as a Carpenter. Following various leadership roles, Dylan is well-regarded within the West Australian Construction industry in his current position of General Manager & Director at Melchor Contracting.
Part of Melchor Contracting's journey since inception, Dylan's dynamic and agile leadership style has played a significant part in the growth of the business. The many ‘hats' Dylan has worn over the years has allowed him to understand the inner workings of operations-based roles, and provide invaluable support to office and site-based teams across a broad range of disciplines.
Dylan creates a work environment that places no limits on people's potential. His desire to leave a lasting, positive impact in the communities we are part of, and his natural ability lead from the front, has helped create an inclusive culture that motivates and retains our talented people. Dylan is a passionate advocate for mental health and emotional wellbeing and leads Melchor Contracting's support of MATES in Construction.
With a Bachelor of Commerce (double major of Human Resource Management and Management), Hadiah manages Melchor's HR requirements.

Jon is a Founding Director of Melchor. Jon also holds a number of other Board positions including Chairman of Merredin Energy and Director of WelleCo, Asia Principal Capital, Perth Energy and Enerdrill. Jon is also both a Director and the Chief Investment Officer of Hoperidge Capital, a Perth based Family Office.

Martin has spent over 25 years as a Civil Engineer working throughout the UK and Australia. As General Manager of Pre-Contracts and Director, Martin manages the pre-contract stage and project startups for all major projects.
Martin has extensive experience in civil construction and large complex resource and public infrastructure projects. Martin is an experienced Project Manager and Civil Estimator with an emphasis on project planning and the importance of early engagement and value engineering in close consultation with clients.
Part of the founding Melchor Contracting team, Martin has been instrumental in forming the strategic direction of the business, and continues to actively seek new opportunities and clients.

He was the founder of Listen Clothing, The Tap Doctor (Australia's largest plumbing franchise) and Wasabi Energy (a public company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.
Tim completed a Bachelor of Applied Science - Geography, Psychology at UWA and has held positions on non-for profit Boards including Relationships Australia
Wayne brings near 25 years of experience working in a variety of practice roles, encompassing business/corporate advisory services, audit, and corporate finance.
Wayne's impressive skill set includes financial reporting/modelling, risk mitigation, working capital optimisation, strategic reviews and stakeholder management. With a passion for assisting businesses to pursue and optimise growth strategies and deliver outcomes that benefit all stakeholders, Wayne is an integral part of the Melchor team.
