Chad Rogers has 19 years of real estate valuation experience as a commercial real estate appraiser and real estate analyst. He holds the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute. He has appraised a diverse range of commercial and industrial properties and has an extensive background in the appraisal of large land tracts and investment-grade timberland.

Ron Moody brings more than 45 years of experience appraising many types of real estate and solving complex appraisal problems. He is active in the Appraisal Institute having the MAI (Member of Appraisal Institute) and the SRA (Senior Residential Appraiser) designations of the Appraisal Institute.
