Mr. Holliday brings a wealth of knowledge to The Mineral Sales Group Team through his plus years facilitating contracts and negotiations in the Oil and Gas Industry. He is a South Texas native, and has worked extensively in Colorado, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Texas and Wyoming. Mr. Holliday has brought immeasurable value to our clients as he can advise to mineral related history, mineral related value, impact of drilling on actual or adjacent lands, and also advise as to how mineral related items should be managed in all transactional contracts. Mr. Holliday is a Certified Professional Landman and member of the American Association of Professional Landmen.
Mr. Holliday graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Government and a Minor in Business.
Mr. Steve Bennett rounds out the powerhouse team at Mineral Sales Group LLC. Bringing over forty years of extensive knowledge of the Texas Farm and Ranch Real Estate Industry. His success and reputation marketing and selling hunting, recreational farms and ranches within the expanded Hill Country and South Texas brush region is well documented. A legend in the field working with the "Who's Who" of Texas ranch owners, Mr. Bennett has distinguished himself as a trusted expert with his client's financial investments. Mr. Bennett takes great pride in being known as the go-to-guy for sound investing, he has unwavering communication skills, comprehensive knowledge of underground water resources and mineral ownership; The combination of these strengths enhances our clients' investment strategies. Mr. Bennett was the 2015 President of the Texas Alliance of Land Brokers and has a vast network of Texas Brokers and land owners.
Mr. Bennett graduated from Texas A&M University, the Centennial Class of 1976, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a Minor in Finance and is a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker.
Mr. Martin is a successful, seasoned, business professional with many years of management, and oil and gas sales experience. He is an energetic sales and operations leader that is exceptionally customer focused, exemplifies integrity and honesty, and is respected by peers and business partners worldwide. Mr. Martin has worked over 8 years in the Oil and Gas exploration, production, and marketing field with vast experience in the Utica and Marcellus Shale regions. He has represented clients in purchases of mineral and royalty assets in Texas, Oklahoma and many other territories. Mr. Martin has extensive experience in online and field research on oil and gas operator activity, business development, executive management, operations management, and strategic planning. He is a great addition to our team.
Mr. Martin has a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts Degree from Trinity University, San Antonio, Texas.
Mr. Williams has served the energy industry as a mineral asset manager and sales broker supervising portfolios and sales of minerals in over nine states. Mr. Williams is a recognized oil and gas marketing specialist selling and leasing non-producing and producing minerals. He is responsible for oil and gas mineral transactions for the state of Texas, U.S. Gulf Coast and the Rocky Mountain Regions. He has also been used as an informative advisor in Texas and the Rocky Mountain Regions for numerous mineral owners. Mr. Williams's extensive knowledge of the prolific energy plays (Eagle Ford, Permian Basin, Pearsall, Barnett Shale, Green River, Niobrara, Heath and Bakken) allows his clients to effectively market and transfer their oil and gas mineral interests in a secured environment while obtaining market value for their assets.
Prior to Mineral Sales Group, Mr Williams served as an officer in the U.S Army for over 24 years including serving on a counter-terrorism task force post 9-11 reporting to National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice and holding positions in Afghanistan as the US Commander of Southern Afghanistan, the Deputy NATO Commander of Southern Afghanistan and the Commander of Kandahar military base. Mr. Williams retired at the rank of Colonel. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado and holds a Master's Degree in National Security Strategies from the National War College. Mr. Williams was the 2014 President of Texas Alliance of Land Brokers.
