Nathan has been exposed to the real estate and development business his entire life. He joined NAI United as a Commercial Associate in 2014 and is now a Senior Associate. With efficiency and punctuality, Nathan has put together everything from simple lease transactions up to multi-million-dollar sales.
Nathan is a ‘generalist' and handles all facets of commercial real estate including retail, office, warehousing/industrial, and multi-family. Nathan has been a top producer multiple times over his career. He handles all of his projects and assignments with great knowledge of his field, hard work, and professionalism.

Robin Venaas is an administrative assistant with NAI United, offering support to both commercial real estate and business brokers.
She was born in California, but has called Siouxland home for the past two decades. Before coming to NAI United, Robin worked for many years as an executive administrative assistant at Wells Enterprises, Inc (home of Blue Bunny Ice Cream).
Primarily, Robin helps our staff with documentation, listings, forms, etc … all the important stuff. She's extremely detailed and proficient in her job duties.
We appreciate how organized she keeps us and in essence she is what keeps the process moving.
In her spare time she gives private flute lessons and performs with the Sioux City Symphony Orchestra, the Sioux City Municipal Band, and other music organizations.
Robin and her husband Roger, have three children and seven grandchildren.
