Jordan began his career in leadership and development at IMG Academy as a Leadership Coach where he developed and delivered programming for professional athletes, Olympic teams, and corporate groups to build effective communication, adaptability, mental conditioning. Leveraging these skills and experience, Jordan spent time building teams in both the startup world and global education sector where he was pivotal in product development and sales strategy. Based in Seattle, WA, Jordan enjoys hiking, biking, and skiing the PNW and spreading the game of rugby - a sport he played professionally.

Lynda Goodwin is the executive assistant with the Nofsinger Group.
With more than 20 years of experience working with executives and boards of directors, she plays a critical role in supporting our team and assisting with client projects. Lynda holds a degree in Office Management and Fashion Merchandising from Central Washington University. A Washington native, Lynda enjoys spending time in the outdoors and with her family. She also volunteers in various organizations to help feed local disadvantaged families.
Max is a former green-tech CEO with real world leadership experience.
Max's penchant for supporting individuals' leadership journey is born from a deep-seated belief that humanity needs, more than ever, the fully engaged and effectively applied talents of change makers the world over. He brings nearly two decades of corporate management and start-up business experience to Nofsinger Group, including three years as a CEO for a family-owned enterprise, with regular board-level interaction. Most recently, Max oversaw start-up, growth, and merger of a multi-million dollar disruptive green-technology firm that conserved more than two trillion gallons of water. He was a frequent speaker on national media channels, including CNN and NPR. Max earned an MPA from Harvard's Kennedy school with a concentration in leadership, studied leadership at Georgetown University, and holds a B.A. in International Relations.
