Madison Scarlett joined the Odgers Law Group as a Director of Marketing in the summer of 2016. She assists in marketing, scheduling appointments, collecting documents, gathering information, and handling the needs of all of Odgers Law Group's clients.
Madison is a San Diego Native and is currently pursuing a degree in business. She enjoys staying active and spending time with her friends, and family.

Ray Padilla brings years of high volume experience, with a unique ability to relate to clients and provide them with an exclusive boutique firm service; delivering a result and confidence building practice which prioritizes client needs. Ray grew up in Phoenix, AZ, and learned his strong work ethic from his parents. From a very young age, he would accompany his dad and help his dad with his landscaping business. Those long hot days in Phoenix taught Ray the value of hard work. The lessons he learned as a young man carried with him and ultimately helped him become an attorney.
Today, Ray works with clients to protect their interests by helping them build an estate plan which aims to ensure that the fruits of their hard labor are preserved for them and for their families. Ray spent years working in a prestigious firm handling a multitude of Maritime cases, Personal Injury cases and Employment law cases helping thousands of working class individuals recover compensation denied by their employers who refused to provide them with legally compliant meal and rest breaks as well as compensation for all hours worked. The experience was invaluable. Desiring a more personal and focused legal practice,
Ray joined the Odgers Law Group. Doing so, has enabled Ray to work more closely with his clients; allowing him to give the personal and exclusive legal service each and every client deserves. Ray obtained his Bachelor's degree at Arizona State University, where he earned Dean's List Honors, before moving to San Diego to attend Law School. Ray spends his free time with friends and family and routinely volunteers in the local community, most recently as a big brother in the Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego program. When Ray is not working with Odgers Law Group he manages his other Practice Ray Padilla Law where he has developed a reputation for being one of the best personal injury/Car Accident attorneys in San Diego. Ray is admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts of the State of California.

Shawna Raher joined Odgers Law Group in 2014 as a notary. She helps coordinate document signings for our estate planning clients and helps schedule meetings and makes sure that all of our client's needs are met. She has been the backbone of the support team for the attorneys at Odgers Law Group.
Shawna is a San Diego native and grew up in Ramona, California. On her free time, Shawna enjoys spending time with her thirteen-year-old daughter and four dogs.
