I encourage exploration of relevant previous experiences that shed light onto patterns, ability to change, and/or issues that are current in a client's daily life. Processing issues from the past will allow a person to move forward with more confidence, self-worth, and a stronger desire to make positive changes in life. Therapy can be an intimidating process and I will provide safety, guidance, and reassurance that you need to live a happier, healthier life. I believe that everyone is unique and requires a unique focus and style of therapy. While working with you I am always listening for and expecting to hear strengths that you may not see or realize.
